Do not waste yout time at this pharmacy. When the Dr. checks the box for brand specific and you want the brand and will pay for it they will fill with generic anyways. The girl at the pharmacy checkout was SUPER rude and the young guy filling the prescriptions is a liar. If you didn't have the brand name then tell me that and I will go somewhere else. Don't lie and say the box wasn't checked. Thankfully my Dr. called it in elsewhere. Will NEVER go here again. This store will go out of business if the manager doesn't get their employees to do better.

I was okay with meeting at their restricted hours. Today I waited 15 minutes in the drive thru and as I pulled up they just shut the blinds! But I was told that if you walk inside and wait 15 minutes they won’t drop the chain metal fence and serve you after 6 pm. Display that information somewhere and don’t just shut the window on a customer. I could have easily walked inside the store. Don’t be dismissive to customers when you shut the blinds on them and they come in to ask you questions. I’ve never written a review but felt compelled remark on their customer service which can be defined as trash.

The pharmacy hours are ridiculous. Open 9am-6pm with a 1 hr lunch break in the middle.The drive-thru line is out to the road from 5pm-6pm because that’s the only time those of us who work during the day can stop by to pick up prescriptions.We started using this CVS location because I pass it on my way home and Walgreens stopped taking our insurance, but I’d love to find somewhere else to go.

Worst pharmacy. Just randomly decides to close whenever they feel like, causing people to go without medications unexpectedly. Has happened multiple days in a row. Nothing online says any different hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Guess I’ll go have a panic attack since I can’t get my medications!!!!!

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude and miserable all the time. A consistent nightmare of problems and disorganization each time I visit.

I'm moving every prescription I have from this company. You can't even call anyone. I spent 4 minutes trying to get a human and then it hung up. Awful service. Move all your prescriptions andon top of that the staff is always rude

This pharmacy is absolutely terrible! Every one of the pharmacy team is disrespectful to people. If our insurance didn't require scripts to go here we wouldn't use them! Seriously need to get it together, customer prescriptions are what's keeping you in a job!

The last two times I have picked up a sleep aid, I've been short. The last time, 2 pills, this time one pill. Doesn't seem like a big deal but this is a controlled medication and if they are taking one or two out of everyone's scripts......Count your meds in front of them before you leave with them. If you report it afterward, they make you feel criminal.

My brother uses this pharmacy and I’ve used it before they treat everybody like trash, excluding one pharmacist who is actually someone that treats people with dignity. The rest of this staff treat everybody like garbage and do not know the definition of customer service. I highly recommend going to a different pharmacy or at the very least a different CVS. I’ve been using Cvs for over 10 years and the CVS I used to go to was probably the best PHARMACY I’ve ever been to. They treat you great they don’t degrade you unfortunately That Cvs is no longer around . So you might get lucky if you switch to a different Cvs but honestly I would try any other pharmacy.

Just spoke with Jamie, well she yelled at me. A disabled person that just needed medication. I have never been treated this bad by a pharmacy. This person didn't answer the phone with hello, nor did she identify herself. It took three times asking for her name. This is ridiculous and no American should be treated like this especially a disabled person in severe pain. Management please contact me.
