“Went to get otc products allotted by my insurance company. Much to my surprise, there's a section in the store for the products offered. But there were many empty sections on the shelves and only a few otc products available. The catalog product numbers were not all in order nor were there spaces for all catalog products. It's my thought that this has recently been added and isn't completed. This will be of much help while getting what I need, if this section is put in product number, stocked with these items and finished, and is why a 4 star review instead of 5. Great idea for ones that prefer to see these items instead of ordering by catalog. I will be going every three months for these and hope this will be in good shape next time. Thanks, CVS, this is a good thing to do for your Aetna customers!”

“Takes a couple minutes to get to this Sam's from off the highway, but it's easy to get into. I love that Sam's is always cheaper for gas! If you need food as well, there's a Wendy's in the parking lot beside it. On the way in from the interstate there's a McDonald's, KFC, and Long John Silvers I believe.”

“I have been a customer of this store for years. Until last year, I had never seen an employee actually approach people (who were obviously looking for something) and offer to help. I've noticed her assisting numerous customers throughout my weekly visits but never said anything to her. Last week, she asked if I would like for her to help pick out a balloon bouquet for a cake I had purchased. We went back to the Floral Department and she asked that I excuse her for a moment while she went to look for something special. She saw a man who was trying to change an arrangement by adding Roses AND he was attempting to change the price from a smaller arrangement to the one he wanted which was much larger. She said politely, "Sir, May I ask what you are doing?" He fumbled around and told her he was making his own arrangement. She told him that she saw him trying to get the tag off of the other basket and replace it for a lower price. He denied it. She asked him to please leave the store. He told her he wanted it anyway, so she walked with him to the cashier to ensure he didn't take the item without paying and then apologized to me for the inconvenience. This employee deserves a bonus or something. She could have let him get by with this. I asked if she was a manager and she responded that she was just a part time employee, but cared about her job and did not appreciate people who did not pay for items. It seems she works in every department as I've seen her in all areas. She will look for items and go above and beyond to help customers. Nobody does that especially as crazy as it is in today's time. Thank you, Regina for being an exceptional employee. Lee R. Marcum”

“Wonderful staff who care about their customers. Quick service. They go above and beyond to ensure that the client has the resources to stay on track or improve their recovery. They get to know you on a 1st name basis. It's like a small-town vibe atmosphere with 5 star quality service ?”

“Friendly and professional staff. Definitely care about you and your families health. They go out of their way to serve you which to me confirms they know how important you are to their business. Recently my wife was sick and when she called in the lady that answered the phone said honey you sound awful. You don’t need to be out. Let us deliver your medicine to you. We didn’t realize that was something they provided their customers until then and that really meant a lot.”

“This is hands down the absolute best Pharmacy. Myself and my husband started using Genoa back in the winter because the pharmacy we were using had upped the price on a medicine that our insurance won’t cover. Their prices are the cheapest I’ve found in the area. Today they absolutely knocked it out of the park though. Hannah, Michelle and front clerk(I can’t remember her name) are the greatest. They didn’t have to help me today. They went above and beyond and saved me 100s of $$$. They have my business for life.”

“I love shopping at Sam’s. I don’t remember a bad experience. However, there was good reviews online for the optical department. But that was not the case. My husband and I are senior citizens. I was told the cash price for a visit was $100. Fortunately, I had Humana vision insurance. So, after the visit the optometrist took a copy of my insurance card and charged me and my husband $75 for a visit. I was told I would get a refund after the insurance paid. The insurance paid $101 and I paid $75. So as a senior citizen I paid $75 more than if I would have paid cash. Nick Webers webpage stated he took what Medicare paid. Not true. He took advantage of senior citizens. What kind of person does that. I will never use Sam’s optical services again.”

“The doctor I saw already had her mind made up on my treatment plan before I even got in her office and they make things mandatory like the amount of visits you HAVE to do in order to get the treatment you need whether or not you are able to do it or not.”

“I come here sometimes to get prescriptions filled. Just wish they had a soda/pop machine or even a vending machine. There was children here with their mother and there wasn't anything for to do or even a book they could look at.”

“Great local pharmacy! Visiting Lavalette for a family funeral, I needed a prescription filled after having it transferred from Florida. Everyone at Medicap Pharmacy went above and beyond to make it happen. Check them out and make them your pharmacy.”

“Kenny Fly is a fantastic pharmacist. He’s always on top of things, does what he says and will do whatever he can to help you. He goes above and beyond if there’s any issues. I’ll stay Fruth customer thanks to him. Great representation for Fruth!”

“Kaitlyn, Brandon, and the rest of the technicians were very friendly and informative. They let me know that my sensors needed to be replaced—something the Lexington Sam’s Club apparently does not offer. I truly appreciated their customer service. The team also informed me about a cross-threaded lug nut and chose not to work on it to avoid damaging the stud, which I greatly respect. Excellent crew overall. I will definitely be back! Also marked the bad lugnut for me, so i can fix the stud myself.”

“Robin, the cashier, works very quickly and manages to bag the items himself. Kevin is another great employee—always polite and helpful. I shop at this store often; the staff—good people and excellent workers—always radiate positive energy. Many thanks!”

“Love my doctor, Dr. Sandra Copley and entire staff. Have been patient there for years and without them, I don't know what would do. I can't afford my Medicare and supposedly don't qualify for help from DHS paying it or for Medicaid despite having worked all my life until I became disabled. Couldn't see drs or afford glasses or have my teeth taken care of without this wonderful place and their staff. They are wonderful. Thank you to all of them. God bless them.
