“I have gone to the Point Pleasant, WV post office multiple times a week for business for over 44 years. Everyone has been professional and friendly. The only time I ever had a delivery problem was a few months during COVID but didn't everyone. People get annoyed if they close for lunch. Please!!!! Everyone needs lunch. There are a multitude of services available that we take for granted. My daughter lives in Bowling Green, KY. Their service is very slow because all their mail must be routed through Nashville an hour away, even if it is local mail. We don't know how good we have it. Cheers to our postal employees.”

“I don't know his name but the young man that currently works in the pomeroy post office with the longer brown hair is the most helpful, accommodating, and polite postal worker I've ever dealt with and I travel all over the United states and often need things sent to me for work so I've delt with hundreds of postal workers. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I hope they keep him around and hopefully his boss sees this.”

“Went there to do passport applications with my 3 teens and fiancé. The post master took the time to answer all our questions, made the kids feel super comfy when they did their photos, and was soooo patient when I messed up the application....twice. They were so sweet and pleasant and we left all saying how nice and helpful and patient they were with us and feeling happy. I wish everyone treated their customers with this kind of care! Thank you ladies!”
