Bought a Beko gas range and a Bosh refrigerator both delivered day after Thanksgiving. Frig had 3 dents in the door stove griddle was missing. I called that day was told door would be ordered and replaced and griddle would be dropped off. After a month and a half the oven stopped working that was fixed pretty quickly. Frig still not fixed and still no griddle. Called today for the 5th time almost 3 months since first call was told by Dalton that it wouldn’t be in until May. I told him that’s the first I’m hearing that it would take this long then he got rude with me. I expected better service from this place. I said they needed better communication. 5 calls to finally get an answer is unacceptable. He didn’t care

Our refrigerator after 23 years finally decided to quit what is was supposed to do.You know cold and frozen.My daughter and myself went refrigerator shopping.She wanted to head to the big box stores.... but I had heard from friends about Bloom Brothers. Now I had not be in the store since when I went with my father in the 1960s.What a wonderful experience. Still the very personal service, no high sale push. Just friendly and above excellent in customer service.Brandon , our salesman explained the pros and cons and found us just what we wanted.We were sad when he said that delivery would be about two weeks but whatever. We really liked the product.SURPRISE call from Brandon two days laterGot your refrigerator want it Friday? The next day!Of course I said yes and delivery time from10am to noon.The delivery guys showed up at 10am.Had to remove the door to my house to get it in the house. Off and back on without problem.Took my old refrigerator.They set up and connected the new refrigerator without a problem.Sorry I did not get their names but they were very good at their job.They did the entire set up and explained the refrigerator to me.WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Bloom Brothers to any and all.Thank you all.

Went to get appliances for my first home, and going to bloom bros is a big step because it's super expensive and over priced but they have nice appliances. Finally found the courage to pay over 5k for the appliances, and they were delivered and half of them were dented up. They had to find the appliances again, it took them 2 weeks and it came and was dented again. The moving/installation team was horrible. I had to use my own tools to open up the appliances, and put together the appliances and connect wires with my own tools again. They were careless, especially when it started pouring rain on my open appliances and there was 0 hustle to get them inside. On top of all that they would only reimburse me for probably less than 0.5% of the cost. Over all they got it figured out and got me my appliances, and they are very nice. Just do yourselves a favor and double check everything, and have them double check everything, and ask for their best moving guys.

Stove crapped out on a Tuesday. Call Bloom on a Wednesday for a tough to find upgrade, had to me in 3 days. Great customer service, new the products, made it simple... installed myself. DONE. Thx BB....

I recently purchased all of my kitchen appliances from Bloom Brothers. The price was extremely fair, the service was personal and did not make you feel like you were working with someone who viewed you as just a number. Unfortunately without my control, my oven/stovetop broke. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comparable replacement within a few days. I will continue purchasing from them and cannot recommend them enough!

My family and I have been using Bloom Brothers for all of our appliances for years. My fridge started having issues and it was time to get a new one. I walked in on a Saturday and my fridge got delievered today. I live in a split level house and the delivery guys had to did their absolute best to get the fridge out and the new one in without a single scratch or dent. I couldn't be any more pleased. They took the old fridge with them and even took one from the garage that stopped working. I would rather support a local company then any other retail store. Good Job guys.

Needed a dishwasher. Still waiting for delivery - partly my fault due to my schedule. Quite honestly if this store wasn't local, I would not have shopped here. The salesman was not very helpful when I asked questions, also not really friendly. There's a washer coming up in my near future - not sure I'll go back.

Bloom BrothersWe just moved to the area, very impressed with our sales person (Jim) who gave us some wonderful recommendations are what our needs would be.All of the service we have received from Bloom Brothers, have been top notch from the service to deliver, etc. we will continue to support and recommend them to our family, friends and anyone who asks. Great job.We purchased our washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and hood.Thanks a bunch for all you have done.Diane

Bought fridge, range, washer and dryer. All under $3000. Fair price. Delivery was free and gave a tip to remove old appliances. Delivery guys were very nice and treated all like it was for them. I would recommend. ?

Horrible experience.Wanted to look at dishwashers.Didn't even see one. Salesman pulled us over to his desk. Made computer copies of 2 dishwashers I didn't even see in store

I am incredibly disappointed. I was replacing an ice-maker and gave them the exact make and model of the one I was replacing. Price was no object, I simply wanted the same specs. The one they sold me was a different depth and drained in a different way. As such it does not fit in my kitchen. They are refusing to exchange or find a solution. Also, the ice make is loud and makes low quality ice. My family and I have historically bought appliances here, but will never again. Neither the manager nor owner were willing to discuss this issue with me.
