“Seemingly unexpecting from the outside but lemme tell you the selection inside is impressive!! I'm super picky about work clothes and being presentable out in the field and the selection of dickies they have is awesome. Been searching for months to find dickies that actually fit, even went as far as ordering the exact cross to the ones I have now according the dickies website and had them sent directly from dickies.....not even close to fitting. Came up here for a wedding and came across this place, thought we would stop by just to see what they had since for like the last 4 months it has been all strikeouts everywhere we have been and..... wow is all I can say about this place!! Got 6 pairs of pants that fit perfectly. Some are dickies and some are another brand I never heard of before called red kap. They look super close to what the dickies are and am excited to try them out along side the dickies. Some of them were also a little bit to long so they hemmed them for me right there on the spot. That was quite the extra bonus I didn't expect as well. Really just can't say enough good things about this place and my experience was more than pleasant and the 3 ladies in there were a real pleasure to work with too!! Thank you again.”

“The people at this store are extremely nice and helpful. I had issues with some carolina boots I bought. They contracted carolina for me and helped me through the whole process. Even after a second pair of Carolina Boots failed they again helped me worked with me to find a pair of boots that would fit and had all the features needed for my job. I cannot recommend this store enough, it is very hard to find people that actually care and are generally good nice people that want to help.I should also add I typically do not review things. That's how happy impressed I was with the service here”

“It's a sad reality that in this day and age we celebrate a store for doing exactly what they all did 30 to 50 years ago. Customer service was the utmost importance, followed closely by experience and of course the expertise of the proprietor and employees. We all remember the hardware stores before Home Depot, filled with knowledgeable employees who can help you with almost anything you were looking to do. Peter's store for men in downtown chagrin Falls has been the only place for the last 20 years that I've purchased a suit from. If you're looking for a truly custom feel without the $3000-$5000 price tag, you have to come in and visit this store. They only sell fine clothing so everything you purchase from there near custom shirts to of course their suits will be among the best you own. If you are looking for fitted or custom-made shirts and suits this is one of the last stores that can actually accommodate that. Sure there are mall stores that claim similar quality for less, but it's not true, they sell a lesser quality material to make up the difference. Peter has been a hallmark of Chagrin Falls for decades, if you haven't been there stop in and trying to suit. You'll be glad you did.”

Walking in the door, I instantly knew this was my type of store. They offered a variety of merch from clothing, jewelry and household items. I was so exited to find a very special ring. “I have gone twice, once I discovered it! I had no idea it was there, apparently 2 months already. L O V E this store! There is so much selection and their warehouse sale racks are numerous. I got a raincoat, shawl and 5 tops for a "whopping" $39. :-) The staff is awesome. Racks are well organized, everything is neat. The staff really keeps up!The only drawback, through no fault of their own, is they have no available bathrooms or dressing rooms. I will not let this affect my rating since it is not their choice. It isn't fair, because Walmart gets to have theirs all open, but not this store. I think it should be the customer's choice whether we want to use the bathroom or dressing rooms, not the GCHD. (2020)UPDATE 2022, dressing rooms available, but still, no bathroom :-( however, I still love this store! still has a pleasant staff”

“A great place to do some shopping! We love Trader Joe's! My favorite stores are Tiffany & Co, free people and Anthropologie. Apple is always crazy busy but that's to be expected. It's a nice plaza and well kept. Usually pretty busy here but it's a great place to grab a Starbucks and do some shopping especially on a warm day!”
