This store is the worst. Just stood in line, alone, for 10 minutes while the cashier, Stacey, had a personal conversation in the back with another employee. I was close enough that I could hear their whole conversation, but it took 10 minutes before the man looked out the door to look at the register, and even then, it took a few more minutes for Stacey to come wait on me. It's a similar situation every time I go in there. I heard they are closing this location, and maybe situations like this are the reason why.

I have only written 1other bad review in my life. I typically like to give positive reviews. However, this CVS pharmacy experience has been bad and I will not be back. I took my son to the Urgent Care in Mayfield on Sunday August 4th. They called in a script which we had sent to this pharmacy because it's on the way home. We get there at 10:40 to discover they don't open until 11 on Sunday. However because we heard somebody back in the pharmacy working, we decided to wait. As it turns out, the man back there was the pharmacist. When they raised the gate at 11, we told them we had a prescription that was called in. The girl looked at us and said ,with an attitude, we just got it so it's going to be at least 20 minutes. To which we looked surprised and said we had already been there 20 minutes and we would come back. We were the very first customer. The script was for antibiotic pills (Augmentin) and cough medicine pills. How long does it take to count 14 and 30 pills and stick a label on two bottles?? Apparently at least 20 minutes, (even if no one is ahead of you) when you go to this pharmacy. At home, my son ate some breakfast and then drove back to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine. As soon as he gets home, I looked at the medicine and discovered they had only give him 10 of the 14 Augmentin pills. So... Back to the pharmacy we go because not only are they slow, they can't even count up to 14. The pharmacist kept saying "that is so weird, I counted that three times". So either, someone who is working there is taking some pills off of the top of people's prescriptions and selling them on the side or the pharmacist is very incompetent. Either way, I won't be going back to this pharmacy.

Got an rx filled for my dog and while I waited I picked up a couple things. It's nice to see they have staffing, even though it may be temporary.

Double check your prescription orders. Pharmacist is rude and very unhelpful.

As I got to the counter they were closing up the pharmacy. I understand the need for lunch, I also know everybody doesn't have to go to lunch at one time. It's inconvenient enough with no drive through, now you have to guess when lunch is too.

A long, hard fight to speak to a pharmacist. They do absolutely everything they can to get rid of you via apps, etc. Horrible.
