Friendly, knowledgeable and patient staff. You go to a small shop for service and expertise, and that's exactly what I got from Chris and his staff at Ferdl Aster when I purchased a new pair of Lange ski boots a couple days ago...plus turnaround time to adjust my bindings to the new boots was outstanding. This is the first place I go to when looking for ski/snowboard equipment.

Staff not friendly. Place smelled terrible. Not a huge selection. Had a few questions and called and the guy was incredibly rude. Would never go back or give them business......

We came to this shop looking for more information. The owner was very kind, attentive and preocupied with our safety skiing. He explained everything to us in detail.

Best snowboard/ski shop ever!!! The owner, Chris was so informative and helpful. Such a great stock of everything and super cool gear. Shop was passed down from his dad and he’s doing an amazing job at keeping it up! HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking out this place!!

This is what a snowboard shop should feel like! The owner was so cool and helpful! Tons of gear in stock! Snowboard waxing tools, even the waxing iron! Super dope hats! The never summer boards are super awesome! Chris has been in business for 40 years! With tons of knowledge and experience in the snow industry, there’s no where else to shop! Cheers to you Chris!

Got my first set of skis and boots in the 70's from Fertl Aster himself then onto snowboards and back to skis. Fertl's son Chris Aster has the knowledge and experience to make your ski/snow sport experience most enjoyable without the mistake of buying wrong equipment for your skill level. Great snow sport shop with cutting edge equipment and great prices. Their advice is always appreciated.

I came to the shop to see if my cross country skis needed service and to get some advice on how to care for them. Chris was super helpful despite being busy!! The cashier was also delightful! Great customer service!!

Chris did some amazing repair work on my cross country skis. This place is a hidden gem when it comes to ski service and product selection. Northeast Ohio is lucky to have such a great ski shop in our backyard.
