I recently started going to Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Chesterland after a number of negative experiences with another local pharmacy treating members of my family very poorly. The folks at Giant Eagle Pharmacy have been kind and helpful so far. Just a few days ago, the Pharmacist went above and beyond by contacting and working with my prescriber to adjust my prescription so that it would be covered by my insurance. I know the Pharmacist was extremely busy that day, but they still helped me out anyway! Great job!

What a joke, pharmacist called me to berate me over the phone and question me about why they would fill my medication early despite a note from the doctor telling them to fill it early. Then when my doctor called they refused to let him transfer the medication to a different pharmacy

The lady- pharmacy tech - is rude and has no personality. She won’t even let you speak, she feels the need to cut you off mid sentence and rudely yells that your prescription is not ready. She seemed to be in a hurry to get back to filing her nails. Don’t forget GE pharmacy… there are pharmacies on every block. I would rather spend my money else where.

Terrible grocery store, they have basic items, no meat counter, they only have fish on certain days and other days it's just a empty cooler with lights off.

The absolute worst grocery store you'll ever be in. Horrible produce and SLOW long lines. Line was legit 20 people deep and the employee says "I've been working all day I'm taking a break" and walks out. Avoid this place at all costs

This is a sad excuse for a grocery store. The general manger (guy with a messed up muppet lookin haircut) has no idea what he's doing. Obviously this is his first store he's managed and it shows. Also avoid their liquor store if the grouchy old lady (I think her name was Bernadette) is working there. Everyone has bad days and I get that but something tells me this lady has had a bad day for close to 70 years. She is old, cranky, bitter and had no reason to be In a position where she has to engage with people. Drive the extra 10 minutes and find a Heinens.

Woman in liquor store is very rude and not very helpful. No one in this store is helpful, selections are horrible. Giant eagle should call Hienins and take a lesson from them on how to run a store. Will never go back

I took my mom to the Giant Eagle in Chesterland for her Covid vaccine.!she received the second shot. I told the folks there but I’d like to just tell everyone, that they did a great job. Very organized, very minimal wait time. Very knowledgeable of the whole process. Very very courteous. I can’t say enough good about the pharmaceutical staff as a Chesterland giant eagle.

Absolutely disgusted with the attitude of a worker named Bernadette. From the second we walked in she acted HORRIBLY. She works in the liquor store and I will never be back. Will be letting friends and family know to avoid this location as well to shield them from her energy. Hopefully something can be done about this.

I am so happy to have such a quality grocery store just 5 min down the street, otherwise we'd have to drive to either Chardon or Mayfield Hts, 15 min. away. They are spiffing up the produce department and we are just about always able to find what we need. The employees are friendly and helpful.

This Lil giant eagle is awesome. Great workers. Everytime I come in they have everything I was looking for and so much more. Lines can be long but everyone knows how to check and will get you out quickly. None of those anoying self check outs here. They actually walk you to the item you a e looking for rather then pointing to where it should be. Great store.
