I'm privileged to have found M&M insurance group when recommended by realtor when relocating from Tampa to Cleveland. Marla and her team took care to thoughtfully consult on our insurance needs and lead us through the process, ultimately bundling our insurance. When confronted with a recent homeowners rate increase, she proactively reached out to advise me and give me options. I love that she anticipated a potential for dissatisfaction and proactively responded. Caring, excellent service and terrific to deal with - you can't ask for much more!!

Marla has been my insurance agent for the last 10 years. Prior to renewal she shops pricing and has saved me money almost every year. She is prompt and responds immediately to my texts or emails. She is not only courteous but extremely efficient and professional. She has even assisted with two claims I’ve made and has been quite the advocate on our behalf. I have referred some of my clients to her and everyone of them have been extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this agency.

I canceled my dad's home insurance in November of 2017, and was still being billed by these ladies. I mailed in the discontinue form. Marla disconnected the debit notification from my email so that I would not be notified of the billing (which I didn't notice until October of 2018), but kept the charges coming. I had to call her again, re-cancel, and block them through my bank. These are not honest people, they lack integrity, and are semi-confrontational.#BorderlineCriminal
