Wanted a hole patched in my tire. Had an appointment at 3:30 didn’t get my car back until 6:45 and said they couldn’t repair it and instead to buy a new tire. Won’t ever get services done there again. Who the hell takes 3 hours to tell someone they can’t do the repair?! Garbage service, with incompetent men (surprising).

Brought my car there at 3:00 for an easy tire patch they could've done. Made me wait until 6:45 to finally tell me they couldn't do it because it was too close to the side wall, (lie). The employees were not nice at all, and they didn't even fill the tire up. Don't go there.

I was grateful that they could fit me in on short notice for a wheel rebalance. The car was in the bay within 15 minutes, but it took OVER 90 minutes to do a 4 wheel balance, and then forgot to put my lug key back - Absolutely unacceptable. You guys probably lost money on this job. You certainly didn't gain a repeat customer. Please address this

KELSIE!!! I can't say enough about how outstanding she is... I don't leave reviews, but this one was very necessary!! I was treated with the utmost respect, and that is why this is my new go to place for car repairs, oil changes and whatever else I need. I still can't believe how awesome she was, because these days, there are very few kind people in this world. I am extremely happy. Thanks again!!!

Kelsie was very professional, pleasant and helpful. She said she usually works at the Chesterland location, but I was glad she was at the location I went to at 4311 Mayfield. Not only myself, but there was another customer there that had the same experience and said how awesome Kelsie was, she said she was a Godsend! Before I left I had to give her a hug! Having worked for this company, I can tell you all that they lie and don’t perform the work they say they do. They also steal wages from their workers, like it’s nothing. I was supposed to start at 18.50/hr, they had me at 18 and thought I wouldn’t notice. They transferred me to another location for three weeks, two of those weeks were a different schedule than I was working, so they never paid me for the correct amount of time I worked for both of those weeks. When I tried to tell my previous manager, Leigh Anne Berkeley, she said she ‘didn’t feel safe’ with me in the store, even though I had done nothing and had no intention of doing anything. The regional manager blocked my phone when I tried to call him, and they banned me from entering the stores by calling the cops. I wish I was making this up people, but Monro Inc, at least in Northeast Ohio, doesn’t care about its customers, or it’s workers, they just care about making money for Bob Anderson, the Regional Manager.

Had brand new winter tires put 14 months ago. Second winter running them and the valve stem blew out...actually separated. You think when they charge for mounting, balancing they put new stems in...they did NOT. MANAGER said I didn't buy life time...ok I didn't but put new valve and stems with every new tire???

This place is run by the worst management ever. They claimed that they fixed my catalytic converter for it to just break down less than six months later. The girl at the desk and the big guy don't like doing their jobs. I heard that the girl is the big guys sister, I didn't think that was allowed but okay whatever.

DO NOT GO HERE Horrible customer service. charged me for a service they did not do, Wheel alignment. Did not communicate why they did not do the service before I was charged. Did not provide a balance sheet on the car. They also forgot to complete the 4 wheel tire balance I requested. They said that my struts were bad and that is why the wheel balance was not done and that was after they charged me for the wheel balance. Struts were replace 2 year ago. They are just trying to upcharge for more service. Other people have had this problem with this place in the google reviews.
