The service was quick, however as a black female I question whether it is Penske's policy for this Chesterland, Ohio location to require a security deposit of $150 to utilize their truck. Prior to this reservation at the Shaker Heights, Ohio location, I was given an estimated price that did not state that I would be required to pay a security deposit. Therefore I question whether or not it is a selective process to whom a security deposit is required.
