“I recently started going to Giant Eagle Pharmacy in Chesterland after a number of negative experiences with another local pharmacy treating members of my family very poorly. The folks at Giant Eagle Pharmacy have been kind and helpful so far. Just a few days ago, the Pharmacist went above and beyond by contacting and working with my prescriber to adjust my prescription so that it would be covered by my insurance. I know the Pharmacist was extremely busy that day, but they still helped me out anyway! Great job!”
“Was trying to fill aprescription. called at 11am and was left on hold for over 15 minutes.... however I went back a few weeks later for a Covid booster shot and recieved excellent service. I guess it just depends if they have proper staff working or not.”
