Took my car in for oil change. I was not sure how long ago I had it changed. They inspected my oil and showed me it was still golden color and I really did not need a change yet. Their honesty should be commended. Thank you. I was not charged . 100% recomended.

I am so distraught over my situation. I am a single mother of three who still takes her children to school and picks them up from practice. Take them to games. Pick them up from games along with help. Take care of my mother who is 80 and my sister. Wow, helping take care of my sister who lives in Chesterland I went through the quick stop there a paid for my services which was an oil change and they said they didn’t have the proper filter but also they installed a headlight lamp got out there for $90 . A week later, the oil lamp came on on my car and the next day while driving my kids to school my car completely shut down. I spoke with my mechanic and he told me that I will be needing a new oil change and I said I just recently had it changed a week before it broke down and I gave, and he said there is absolutely no way whatsoever that anyone changed my oil and the reason my engine stopped was because of the dirty oil and that I should honestly look into getting compensation for the fact that I have to have basically my engine rebuilt. I trusted that I would be taking care of. It’s a shame that in my experience feel like this was an easy way to take advantage of a woman who in all honesty does not know a ton about cars, but what I do know is that you should receive services that are rendered and paid for instead of completely sabotaging my whole life, my routine and missing games and practices and time with family and friends because I’m stuck at home

Honest people like our Quick Change tech build trust in their business and make their community a better place to live. I brought a car in (for someone else) for an oil change. The tech told me that though it had been a long time since the last change, the synthetic oil was clean and was good for several thousand miles more. They checked the tires and topped off the washer fluid. No charge. Well done!Service: Oil change

These men were so great, I called because I wasn't able to get there until 10 minutes before they closed. The day was unbearably hot, and a car was inside the building already that they were working on. These guys, without a complaint, stayed nearly an extra half hour to change my oil, work on a sticky hood latch and the day was one of hottest of year. Other, well known places sent my son away 20 (I don't know if they had other cars inside) minutes before closing time because they wouldn't have gotten out on time. I appreciate these lovely gentlemen and they will be my go to oil change service from now on, instead of stopping by anyplace on my way to where ever with one of our four cars. Can't say enough nice things about the people!

I pulled in and he said "every time I try to eat lunch it seems another car pulls in.. i told him i felt bad and that he could take his time and eat. I then jokingly said "I hope you bought enough burger King for everyone." Then he closed my hood and told me to get my oil changed somewhere else. I recommend everyone else does the same.If I could make a suggestion, I would say invest in a piece of paper and a marker and write "on lunch, back in 30".Edit: Mr. Tire (just down the street) was more professional, cheaper, and also air conditioned.
