“This place is so far above and beyond any other grocery store it's not even close. I went to the Deli Counter yesterday looking for 6 Ribeyes. 5 were left in the glass display, meaning he had to go in the back and cut a fresh one. Instead of giving me the one extra, this man cut 6 fresh out of the freezer without me asking him to do so. It's customer service like this that makes this Heinen's stand out. Also their kindness is always appreciated.”

“Very organized; shelves were either full or being filled. The checkout clerk was very and pleasant. The parking was plentiful and conveniently placed (I'm disabled and it's a relief to have those parking spots).”

“We stumbled upon Heinen’s one evening when we were looking for a grocery story in Chagrin Falls. What a charming place! They have delicious food to order, as well as wine and beer to buy by the glass. They also sell Harney and Sons loose leaf tea. What a treat!”

“I bought a bag of sweet potatoes and went to use them this week and found several that were rotted. I took it back to Aldi and the cashier knew immediately the issue as several customers before me had returned theirs as well. She told me they had received a poor shipment the week before. Thank you Aldi for accepting the return and providing a free replacement.”
“It is uncommon for me to provide feedback on a grocery store experience, but I feel compelled to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by an individual named Kevin. During a recent visit, I encountered an unexpected situation where I realized I only had cash to pay for my groceries. Despite being occupied with stocking duties, Kevin promptly recognized my predicament and offered assistance. He kindly escorted me to the cash-only lane and efficiently completed my transaction. His multitasking abilities, friendly demeanor, and willingness to go above and beyond left a positive impression. “I typically only go to Costco for a few things I love.Coffee~Kirtland k cups, the seasonal pumpkin pie, cheesecake, Pho, roasted chicken, turkey pot pie.Today the cheesecake looked odd. Like it wasn't finished. Also almost everyone had an earth quake crack on top. Please don't ruin this beautiful, tasty bargain. It's one reason I got a membership. It has always been a crowd pleaser.Also the burgers in meat department no longer taste as good. I don't buy them anymore for that reason.Giving up letting us use Discover after mid November 2023 is also a big disappointment.Ok I'm done.”
“Good variety in breads. However all stores put out previously frozen bread with no warning so it needs refrozen or will mold quickly. Good produce, great cheeses etc love the chicken cranberry salad, convenient deli packages, limited meats. Like the selections in the frozen selections, Like the unusual items that they bring in. Love the buy out area and organic. If your Aldi's is not top condition report it to the Corp”

The selection feels thoughtful and adds such a welcoming touch to the shopping experience.

“Went in and out within 10 minutes. Came for 2 things and I got 10 things. Their green grapes was crunchy and half sweet. The avocado was very good pricing.
The only thing I would recommend is adding gluten free pizza selections.”

“Giant Eagle is still the best grocery option in Chardon. It may not be the cheapest but you can get everything you need at one place. It may not always be the cheapest option but it saves you the run around!”
