The name speaks for itself! I'm a first time customer who was simply looking to support a local business and I'm very happy with the service I received. I received all around brakes and rotors service about a month or so ago. All is good! I deal with car service before they very professional polite definitely a very good service I just got my car back thankgod I did take it in when I did found I have a lot work to be done brake rotor tie rob wheel bearing mike that work there went step by step cost what needed be done most important I found out that I have warranty on some of part mike took care of it kept call warranty peopl t final got it pay they have pick up service just a wonderful service so if u need repair on your car I definitely recommend 5 star service name said it all

I have tried this place a few times . Each time I received estimates to repair my vehicle that were very excessive. I was quoted almost $700.00 to replace a tempature gauge housing on a 91 van . Found out the part was less than $40.00. had it replaced at nearby competitor for $265.00.

Customer service here is top notch Mike was great to talk with and explained everything in a direct, clear and honest manner. When the issue with my car was identified they got to the repair promptly and got me on my way. I will be back when I have need of mechanics in the future. Great job guys thanks.

I've trusted 5 Star Auto for more of the major repairs to my vehicles for years. They're friendly, well priced and do great work. I like that they keep me posted on prices before they move forward with work. They also let me know of any additional issues found(my vehicles are old and beat, so I expect this) and price those out as well in case I decide to have them address those. I never feel pressured to spend extra money, and always have confidence I'm in good hands.

Mike and Darren are great! My husband’s father has been doing to Darren for work since my husband was a kid and we appreciate then hard work and loyalty. My sons friends from out of town had a car situation that was unique and Darren stepped up and helped them out to the fullest of their ability. Greatly appreciate it!
