Well look at this beauty unfortunately looks are deceiving problems from day one and after a couple months now the motor is completely shot apparently the warranty doesn't cover it even though it stated that the warranty would cover the motor now this poor young lady who's just getting totally established in her life it's probably going to pay over $6,000 for a car that doesn't even run how dare you you should be ashamed of yourself never shop here ever

Bought a car here not even 8 months ago and the engine has blown along with multiple issues. I called and spoke to the lady in the front who is EXTREMELY RUDE and no help at all. Told me “why would we take a car back if the engine is blown”. Do not buy a car from these people they charge 10,000 for a car not worth even half of that! Kinda crazy to me!!!!

It’s the Olympics RUN RUN RUN -they buy nice outside looking cars and the insides are JUNK one even said K9 yep smelled like wet dog. Listen to the others because I almost went back until I read them THANSK EVERYONE FOR CONFIRMING WHAT I ASSUMED !!

So my car was dead when I came out of work and after a jump I drove to Advanced Auto in Shepherdsville Kentucky off HWY. 44 and they said my battery was bad. So I drove home after they gave me another Jump and my husband took my Battery to Autozone and they said my battery wasn't bad. My husband ended up fixing the car it was some fuse. Needless to say no telling how many people they have ripped off by making them buy a battery. DO NOT GET FROM ADVANCED AUTO. They have lost our business.

FYI!! DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM AT ALL ITS A SCAM THEY SOLD MY DAUGHTER A LEMON SHE STILL HAS 45 DAY TAGS AND THE MOTOR BLEW I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM BY ANY MEANS. THEYRE RUDE AND NASTY IN THE OFFICE THE GORL TOLD ME YOU SHOULDN'T BUY USED CARS WHEN I CALLED HER. THEY ALSO SOLD HER AN EXTENDED WARRANTY LMFAO AND FAILED TO MENTION IT ONLY COVERS WHAT THE CARS WORTH. I AINT NEVER DELT WITH PEOPLE THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG PEOPLE BUT GOD DONT LILE UGLY. I DONT RVEN WANNA GIVE THEM 1 STAR ITS THAT TRASHY.

Stay away from this place!! The customer service is horrible ?!! The lady that's in the office is terrible. Basically I had to agree to buy the car before she would allow me to test drive it. What dealership if show your license etc doesn't at least let you drive the car to get a feel for it, to even see if you like it?? She was complaining, "it's cold & I don't want to move cars for you to test drive the one your looking at unless your gonna buy"? HUH?? just weird & rude! NOT WORTH IT!

This place sells junk cars. They patch them up and send them in there way. I bought a car from here that stopped working a week later and they refused to help me fix it. Do not shop here. I promise you will regret it. Look at all the bad reviews and the good reviews generic and obviously fake. They don’t even respond in here to deny any of it.

Found a car we were very interested in purchasing from them. Called them and asked numerous detailed questions about the car (because we took off work and had to drive 2 hours and 10 mins to get there). Lady said “car was great, never been wrecked”. I said are you sure because I’m a mechanic and I will be able to tell. She said everything is good with it, it’s a great car. So, we drive the 2 hours and 10 mins (lost a day of work) and pull up. The car is a complete mess and junk. I climbed underneath of it and the whole bottom was rusted out, windshield cracked, part of mirror missing, mouse nest under the spare tire, ABS light was on and dog hair covering the seats. Not to mention fender all messed up and the passenger side door wouldn’t even hardlyOpen due to it being wrecked. RUN, don’t walk from this dealership!!!!! RUN FAST AND DONT EVER LOOK BACK!!! They wasted our entire day, full tankOf gas and we have a 4 hour and 20 min round trip.
