I just HAVE TO give a shout out to Mr. Darius Mimes, Assistant Manager, at Autozone Store 1992 in Cheviot on Harrison Ave. It was another scorching day in the heatwave Cincy went through, and my car AC was still broken. I had the new $150 blower motor, but I just couldn't get the old motor out! The power connector seemed frozen. I am a Navy Veteran, with loss of feeling in both hands, making it even harder to disconnect the old motor. Mr Darius volunteered to take a look, and in minutes he succeeded in disconnecting it!! Such fantastic service!!

Store number 3916 Harrison Ave., Cincinnati, OH store manager George definitely game above and beyond with the service spark plugs have blown need to be replaced provided and abundance amount of service keeping me hydrated, borrowing tools and check up
He also provided tips and information that didn’t go against store policies

Monday night around 8:15 or later talk slinky black gentlemen was working we waited 23 minutes for him to come back in from a smoke break to be totally rude about having to look a part up twice cause it was the wrong part when he brought it out the first time.

I went up to AutoZone today because my car was not starting up like it normally does. I asked the associate if he could check my battery which he did, but after I paid for my battery I asked him if he could put the battery in for me and he said no because he leaves at 5:00 PM. I thought that was unprofessional so I had to wait for his manager Darrel to come in which he was a big help. He made sure that my battery was put in correctly.
