Have had to use this tow company twice. First on my Transit for a lock out --- TRASHED my door. Decided then to never call them again. But the other day a friend's auto was towed. Nightmare getting it back from them. Was told to call hour before arrival, called twice so they knew we would be there. No one came to the door so we called again, said they would be right out. Still had to wait. They didn't even have the bill ready so had to wait some more. Then still took forever for him to stop talking and get a bill ready and then it was higher than was told. Did not appreciate their lack of professionalism, courtesy or skill either time.

A man is only as good as his word
Don’t trust this person or company
Left my son on side of road all night after stating he would be there in one hour.
Never called to say I can’t make it would not answer the phone
Had to reschedule with a more reliable tow service you should too

Fantastic service! I was kept informed of when my vehicle was being picked up, when the driver was 15 minutes away, excellent service and courtesy when picking up my vehicle. He offered to bring a loaner back to me from the dealership to save me 2 hours of driving to and from the dealership and also from having to take off work to pick it up, which was way above and beyond what he was required to do. Just a really great guy, very professional and caring. I highly recommend their services 24/7/365!!

After waiting 4 hrs for progressive insurance trying to get a tow truck(that they approve) I called 1 towing. Guy was polite, got there quick and drove me to auto center. Will only use 1 towing from now on. 5+ stars. Thank you for your help.

Great towing company! Showed up when he said he would, and even called before he got to me to let me know how far away he was. Made a bad situation not so bad. Also helped me find a mechanic. I highly recommend this towing company.

All the way from Indiana I can not scream loud enough to tell you how amazing this guy is! This was the best service I have ever had in my life! Talk about a genuine person and good deeds this guy sure was heaven sent today! Fast and great service and also the sweetest man to walk this earth! After a tire blow out he was there in minutes to help my dad and get him back on the road! PLEASE EVERYONE USE THIS COMPANY AND I PROMISE YOU WONT BE SAD YOU DID!!!!! I had my axle/ball joint break in the middle of a very busy road and was a nervous wreck. He got to me within 10 minutes and was so nice and helpful! Pricing was reasonable too. 10/10 recommend him for any towing needs!

I can’t say enough about Mr. Frankel. He went out of his way to make sure I knew where my car was when the insurance company gave him the incorrect information where to take my car. He went beyond what any other company would do to make sure he would take my car back with him and it would be safe. He assured me he would get it to the body shop. Today he got it there. I will definitely be calling him if I need any more roadside assistance. Thank you Mr. Frankel!

Called to have my car towed as I drove threw a flooded road he's said it wasn't a problem he could be here in about an hour and that he would text me for the address etc I've been waiting over an hour now tried to give him a phone call went to voice mail thanks for nothing.
