“The professionalism and customer service at this location (Chillicothe) was top-teir. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone looking for incredible options across the board.”
“Rick did an amazing job fixing my embroidery machine quick, professional, and its like brand new. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend him! I was starting to worry I’d have to replace the machine altogether, but you saved the day. Highly recommend your services to anyone needing embroidery machine repairs—professional, reliable, and truly a lifesaver!”
“Shout out to Dalton & Dean for delivering and assembling our girl’s new bunk bed! Wonderful job putting it together without a bit of damage to the bed, even as it was pouring the rain. Also getting my new massage chair in without a hitch. Thank you to the wonderful team for making this pregnant woman’s life that much easier!”
“It's the best lumber and home remodeling store around. Has a little bit of everything else also furniture, grocery, books, pet Supplies, lawn and garden and more . The best of all is the staff. They are all very nice polite and helpful. They will walk you across the store to find what you need and if they do not know about the product they will find someone that does. Totally opposite of lowes, and 100% better than home depot. My favorite store.”

“We have purchased multiple appliances from Hastings Electric, most recently a deep freezer for our basement. We received great customer service, a no-pressure sales experience, and a great deal on our freezer! I’m thankful to have a home-town appliance store like Hastings that goes above and beyond for their customers.”
