I love that this bank is a local credit union. However, customer service is severely lacking. It is nearly impossible to call and speak to someone and going into the bank can be a lengthy wait also. Unfortunately, it seems atomic credit union prioritizes opening more bank locations over taking care of customers they already have.

I have always been with atomic and not a single complaint! They’ve been helpful with everything! Today, I’m writing this review in regards to Madison N. I got a new car today and she has been BEYOND helpful from the very beginning. It’s my first Auto Loan so she did an amazing job at walking me through every single step and made the process so fast and easy.

We've had great service and been helped reaching financial goals with their products. There are limits on personal loans, but most smaller banks have that.

ACU Western Ave 45601 discriminates against elderly that need assistance with handling finances with a POA or Trust. Refused to allow senior to become member. Would not allow account to be opened. Did not want to accept the legal documents written by the Senior Citizen's attorneys.
