We can to see Tecumseh and we stayed here. This was my first time at a Best Western, the rooms were clean and the clerk at the front desk was very helpful. The only real complaints I have was the location it is in a odd area and on our trip the elevator was out of order so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs, other then that I would come again.

I’ve stayed at plenty of hotels and have never had one photocopy both my driver’s license and credit card at check-in. It felt unnecessary and made me incredibly uncomfortable—definitely raises concerns about how personal information is being stored or protected.
The room itself was cleaner than I expected based on the exterior, but the details tell a different story. The repairs and paint job look like your typical “landlord special”—functional, but sloppy. And one particularly odd choice: the coffee maker is in the bathroom. I don’t use in-room coffee makers anyway, but that’s just a questionable place to put it from a sanitary standpoint.
We overpaid for our stay because there weren't many options available with vacancies, but this should really be a sub-$100/night hotel.

First hotel I’ve been 100% disappointed staying at. Haven’t been anywhere since 2021 when we had a baby an Covid was still a pandemic. Drove a few hours go to a wedding stayed here the other week and most the outlets didn’t work, the room was extremely dusty, coffee machine wouldn’t work had the wrong replacement parts, the shower had the floor so wet it almost went out the door, the controller back kept coming off, pillows are paper thin, bed was hard, there’s only one drink machine in the building it doesn’t accept cards or dollar just change, fridge barely got cold and the air conditioning made a loud noise. They have a pool but there’s a spider infestation around the entire perimeter of the fence.

An exceptional value if you're looking for a place to stay after Tecumseh. Tidy, clean rooms and the best night's sleep in a hotel I've had in recent memory. Getting the correct driveway is a little tricky when you come in through the plaza, Google maps is correct - turn right in front of the small block of shops rather than going all the way back to the main plaza as the connection doesn't go all the way through. $2 pop machine and well-stocked snacks were a great touch too. Showers were a little slippery.

The pool is cute. I like the double curtain in the room that can block the sunlight well.
Food & drinks: They provide free breakfast. Machine made Pancake, bagel, toast, yogurt, bacon, gravy,juice, hot water, omelette, oatmeal,apple, banana,coffee.

Walkability: A lot of nearby places, restaurants and stores within walking vicinity.

It's older but keep it up fairy well. The desk staff could use some better training. Chillicothe is so small that location of any hotel in this area is about the same.

The bath tub was draining extremely slow, when I mentioned it at checked out it was ignored. There also was no working vent in the bathroom or working elevator. Also the water was not working when we arrived.
