We were very satisfied with our shopping experience at Big Sandy Superstore. Ashley was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was not pushy and didn’t try to talk us into buying something we weren’t sure about. (Nothing worse than a pushy salesperson)
We will definitely shop here again.

Bought an all in one washer dryer. We've spent quite a bit of money on it. It hasn't been working right. They sent a tech out yesterday to "fix" it. Guess what? Still not working properly it does not dry. Called today and of course have to wait another week for a tech! Big Sandy, are you going to pay for me to go to the laundry mat yet again?? You sure we're quick to take the money for the purchase but slow to fix the problem. Pretty sad I have a new machine and can't use it! And just so you know the account is in my brother's name Eddie Lewis. Very poor service!!

The guy who helped us with mattresses was overall very uninterested and unhelpful, pretty rude to our questions about anything other than a Tempur-Pedic, and has ensured we will never come back for anything else. Luckily, I still discovered which mattress I like the best and will get it online for a way better price!

We shopped around and finally decided on an electric recline chair at Big Sandy’s. The price was competitive (we actually ended up with a floor sample so our price was even better). The people there were very friendly and the delivery was quick and super organized! They use a delivery app that shows you where the driver is before he gets to you with an estimated time. Very convenient! Very happy with our purchase/experience.

Since you have decided to close my account for no legitimate reason, I won't be shopping there again. There are stores that actually want my business. And if I can influence others to do the same, I will take every opportunity to do so.
(It's not specifically about the single account, but the sequence of events that it started. Like dominoes falling... Sad that loyalty means nothing any more...)

My experience here was wonderful, and it was because of one person her name is Annette. If you get the pleasure of dealing with her your experience will be great. She needs a raise!!! Because that kinda customer service is very hard to find.
