“It's a great place to buy foreign parts. However I feel like the staff is under knowledged and sometimes bothered by your calls. It's really hard to get a call back about a part or an answer on the phone about 1 it's kind of turning me against this place. I don't know what happened to customer service in this world?”
“Yesterday was a scheduled oil change on my new to me 2019 Passport. I love how convenient it is to pull right up to drop off garage. Joshua my service tech took right over from there. Joshua was friendly, efficient, and timely on services provided.
Price discussed before service was what I was charged at end of service. Joshua mentioned at beginning service would take about a hour. My vehicle was done 1hour and 10 minutes.
Waiting area is right next to drop off. Clean, comfortable, and stocked with complementary snacks and drinks.
