Waited forever on the phone to talk with anyone in Chillicothe. The lady had a super thick accent and could barely understand. She asked me if I was in the United States then transferred me to wait more. Seriously, the second transfer was from El Paso. They only could check on a map to verify service at my house.

When I was shopping for services there were two clerks and they both were helping the same customer I thought. I waited 30 minutes then one of the clerks asked me some questions about what services I was looking into. I spent 16 minutes before she began looking into my bring your own device. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to prepare to figure out if my phone is supported. After 15 minutes she asked for my phone This store in my opinion carex more about the first customer than me since that customer was buying a device and I was attempting to activate my bring my own devices. Also the two employees were more friendly to the first customer than me. I felt that the employees didn't care about my precious time.
