Had a deep tissue massage today with Savannah, it was top notch and I have zero complaints. She worked out all my many knots and I left feeling relaxed and destressed. 10 star experience through and through. Have been here multiple times and have had different therapists and it’s always an awesome experience. 100% recommend this place.

Oh my, it was like heaven. I started my day with an ultimate head spa treatment with Hannah. Fantastic! It included a facial and scalp. I just about fell asleep a few times. Very relaxing. After that I had an appointment with Todd for a deep tissue massage. THE BEST massage I've ever had. He relieved so much tension in my neck and back, I felt like I was floating from how light I felt after that. After that I spent the rest of my time with Eve during a cranial sacral therapy, honestly it was a little different than what I've ever experienced. I walked in to the appointment ready to relax but honestly a little skeptical but wanted to give it a try. It was perfect. I honestly fell asleep from how relaxed I was and im definitely a believer now. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I will definitely be back.

I’m back at Brickhaven Spa for a pedicure, but only because I was given a $30 credit after a disappointing experience here about a year ago. That first visit was clearly with a new technician who seemed unsure of the process.
Unfortunately, today’s visit wasn’t much better. While the technician was polite, the service itself felt just as underwhelming as before. The polish I chose for some reason appeared gummy when it was applied. When she had the bottle laying on its side to get the polish out should have been a huge indication it was too thick to be applied! It’s clear she was still learning, so I don’t place the blame entirely on her. However, I do think management should be more involved in overseeing and training their staff to ensure consistent quality.
I’ll be exploring other options for pedicure services in the future.

Had a deep tissue massage. It was my 1st time there. After they got my information and answered a few questions, I was ready to go. The massage therapist asked what needed worked on. She was very good. I asked for deep tissue, and that is what I got. The next day, I was sore, but that is to be expected. I would go to her again (sorry I forgot her name). The parking lot is limited and is gravel. They do have one dedicated handicapped spot.

Had a lovely visit with my Mom yesterday at the spa. The spa is beautiful and so clean. The front desk gal was so sweet. I do not remember her name, We enjoyed chatting with her before our massages. We had massages and mani pedis. Kayla, Layla and Stephanie were wonderful. It was our 1st visit but will not be our last. We felt.very comfortable and very relaxed when we left. Thanks so much!!

I scheduled my first Brazilian wax while 7 months pregnant I was super nervous.. that being said Layla Robertson was super nice, comfortable and easy to talk to! The pain of the Brazilian wasn’t bad at all! Scheduled my next appointment before leaving!

I'm a 6'3 300-lb tattooed bearded guy who was expecting to be treated a little differently. Let me tell you that was not the case. The staff is very friendly and polite. I've had 4 or so massages from different workers and do not have one complaint, I actually like going here.

Booked a couples massage and the massages were great. The problem was that when I booked the massages, I was given the wrong price. Even triple checked with the woman on the phone to be sure of the price and then when we go to pay, it’s double what we were expecting to pay. Very frustrating and left there feeling more stressed than when I went in

Todd Coxson licensed massage therapist, was the therapist who messaged my wife. She got the luxury one hour massage for relief from muscle pain in her back
She enjoyed the warm towels and cold rocks as part of the massage.
