Scheduled an appointment to come in and try and get a place and everything went well. She had ended up calling me to come sign a paper but I had something come up and couldn't make it and now she isn’t calling me back of answering my calls. I paid $175 in a money order for the application fee and part of the security deposit. I also tried calling Scioto Woods cause they are basically joined by the same company and they wont answer my calls either. So basically both places are a complete scam.

I will say Hope is fantastic! She works with you when you communicate with her. Frank the maintenance guy is fantastic. I love the fact that anytime I need something done Hope and Frank are right on it. I love the fact that they are trying to make this a better community. I love that they have updated things. My kids and I feel safe being in this community. We enjoy the new grill and picnic table and the park and the fact that they also have a dog park. We will forever call this place home as long as Hope and Frank are around 😊💜

This location is a designated bus stop for my child. I was parked waiting for his bus the manager pulled up telling me I was too close to the line. I informed her I am waiting on the school bus with my child she then stated she is the manager there. Very unfriendly, trying to intimidate. Down right entiled and nasty

I’ve lived at bridge street landing for 9 months and I really love it here. Maintenance is very fast and professional. Betty is absolutely amazing, definitely the best landlord I’ve ever had any question or concerns I’ve ever had she’s answered and taken care of. Very friendly and quite place to live.

Don't bother with the application the lady at the front desk will tell you they have a place available but really they don't and she says they will refund you the money for the application fee and she won't and now she won't return the our call or our money so it's a scam they have a large waiting list as well but they won't tell you that so that you will apply

Been here almost 2 years and the recent change in management and maintenance (Nedra and Kyle ?) has made a night and day difference! Always extremely tentative to ANY issues, friendly, welcoming and give you a very comfortable"home" and family feeling. Clean, professional, and 100% up to and beyond any legal standards. Also, they have now added a fenced in dog park, along with a children's playground area (coming soon) and that is SO important to many residents like myself having young children in an apartment complex. 5 stars all around!!

Worst customer service ever experienced, let me explain. Upon driving into Bridge Street Landing my first impression was the community looked clean and well kept. However when I approached the leasing office there were a couple residents that looked to be in PJ's and flip flops gathered outside smoking cigarettes. I decided to still check out availability, as I went to enter the office door one of the women from outside quickly rushed up from behind me and followed me in. The same women took her seat at the managers desk and said "what are looking for today, My name is Casey". REALLY! She smelled liked an ashtray, what company allows their employees to smoke on the job, in front of the leasing office, and hang out with friends at work. Is there a dress code? A Myrtle Beach t-shirt, leggings and flip flops, what type of professional work attire is that, she looked like she just got out of bed and slipped on flip flops. I was now more eager to tell everyone about this poor establishment so I asked a few questions about the property, she quickly responded "I don't know", ARE YOU KIDDING ME", okay not sure where this manager came from, but am sure that she should know how many apartments there are on property, how many empty apartments there are, and when the next available move date was. When I thought things couldn't get any worse, her husband and children showed up with a pit bull in tow. OKAY, she had just informed me that pit bulls were a restricted breed. REALLY, so the manager has special rights. DO NOT GO TO BRIDGE STREET LANDING.
