First it's Sat and only one girl working the counter so a back up at the desk.Requested a van 3 weeks before our trip,day to pick it up van was there ( first time ever,). But disgusting, filthy, stench, cigarette ashes on seats and floor,hair on seat. Asked for something else she said it was cleaned, pointed out issues. We looked 3 more vans,Allie took the cleaner one and did a quick clean up on it. Allie was very professional and patient with each customer. But definitely need to hire more for counter may help with the bad reviews.

Rented a van. Got a call 14 hours before my trip that they're out of vans. Wouldn’t allow an early pick up to see if my things would fit in the smaller vehicle that they had available. Went from a no stress trip to a max stress trip.

Assistant Manager, Allie Trace, was so easy to work with at the Chillicothe location. She made the process smooth and I really appreciated her positive attitude and friendly demeanor!

They did not have the car they promised my daughter. We had to drive to Lancaster to Hertz. They had a similar car for less money. We were very happy with Hertz.

Absolutely terrible place. Do not go to this location. We reserved a rental car 2 weeks (14 whole days) in advance at the Jackson location. Show up the day and time of pick up and they don't have anything available. They said they called all around and no one had anything. Called customer service, they said Chillicothe location had a van at their location, so we asked to be patched through to confirm. And the manager said "We already told you we didn't have anything available" and we said yes but your customer service said you did so we wanted to call and confirm. Manager was extremely rude. We call back the following weekend as we need a rental car again, (we travel for work) and we have been put on the list for them to not rent to us because of the previous weekend. Because of Enterprises mistake. Customer service is terrible and the manager is terrible!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Easy and seemless car rental. The manager Roger is very courteous and his staff is very knowledgeable. Recommend anyone looking for a rental car.

Had a reservation at 9 am and once I walked 2 miles to get there they informed me that there wouldn’t be a car there till 3 pm. This is a sad excuse for a rental company. Never once asked if I wanted them to try to get one faster. Just not till 3 am. Don’t know what to tell you. I have been using this company for years but not anymore.
