I had a great experience with Chillicothe Enterprise. All of the staff were professional and efficient yet personable, caring and pleasant. They were very accommodating and had a car available on short notice an hour early at my request. I highly recommend this office and will use them again if I have the need.

Worst customer service and even if you have insurance and cash and a credit card they will still make you jump through fifty hoops before giving you a car. Sparky salespeople. Would not recommend.

Was having issues with our rental. Went in and no one even looked at it. Told they would tow it if it broke down. Nothing about leaving people stranded in 90 degree weather. Poor customer service. Would not recommend. We had a choice to go some where else. We will know next time. We should not have chosen enterprise. Making a knocking noise, steering out of alignment, oil is way over filled, shifting issues.

This location is always our choice even though there are closer ones to home! This location is open half a day on Saturdays which no others seem to be, at least not around us. Cars are always clean and well maintained. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. (Even when super busy!) They do need a bigger building and parking lot, hopefully one day corporate will see they've earned it! Great place and highly recommend!!

Lack luster performance by staff. Insurance set appointment times for Saturday 7-8-23 but zero cars were left available to pick up. Next appointment was today 7-11-23 they did have a car available thanks insurance for resetting the appointment.

This must be the worst Enterprise in the country.... We made a reservation online and received a confirmation email saying that our car would have been reserved... Then the day before we were to pick up, we got a call from the branch saying they had no cars available... What kind of business practices this? Sending an email to make you believe you've got a car and then calling you the freaking day before saying they've got no cars. Unbelievable!!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have never seen a company over compromise themselves as badly as they do. If you only have 5 cars, then don't promise out 10 cars . Learn math. I get that some people don't show up, but you can not count on that. Because of this problem and lack of communication, it has now cost you 4 families and more . Sad, really. ?

Worst customer service I have ever received. We booked a minivan months ago (reserved in February) today we were supposed to pick it up and there were no minivans available. They told us they could put us in a traverse for $300 some more! My cousin who went to pickup the minivan only had the amount we were told to have for the minivan. I told them I could put half on my card and other half on hers and was told it all had to be in one card number which I understand why but the lady we dealt with laughed at us for our frustration and wasnt concerned at all in assisting us.

Absolutely amazing experience all around. I booked a rental online through AAA. Great price, I picked one of the 2 cheapest rentals they had to offer and had no issues whatsoever. I was actually sad to give the car back I enjoyed it so much ? The lady who helped me was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. She explained everything thoroughly and was very patient. I regrettably can’t remember her name but she was there Monday 01-23 around 3:15pm and also when I returned on 01-26 around 10:45am. Thank you so much for helping me in a tough time!

Getting our rental car was very easy. We were given an upgraded vehicle, because my husband is a Veteran.Which I think is very nice.As always, service was fast, and friendly. We were out in less than 10 minutes.

You really don't want me to rate you!Not at all happy. You definitely don't make it convenient for your customers.You called on a Friday night to tell me you couldn't get me a car at our time agreement, then brought me a whatever instead of a car I specifically said that I needed to put stuff in. Happy? No!

Reserved a car online and went to pick it up and they didn't have any cars available . They said they didn't have any contact info for me to let me know however I received a confirmation email of my reservation. Luckily I wasn't too far from home or I'd have been stranded waiting for a ride.
