Do they have a phone? Have tried calling for the past 2 days to cancel a pickup order and can’t get anyone to answer the phone
I’ve now contacted corporate to get to the bottom of this. Online says you have to call the store to cancel, then the store doesn’t answer the phone ever. 99% certain it’s disconnected. First time shopping at this store and will 100% not ever make this mistake again.

Dustin was 20 minutes late from his break and watched people approach the store while sitting in his car. As we went into the store, we had to try and get something down for him to come over and help us. He was super nice, but no since of time or customer service.

Yeah, went in on April 18th to ask about the vr2 if they might have some the guy was rude acted like he didn't want to sell anything, told us he had one but it was in the back and he didn't have room in a showcase so we couldn't see and barely answered our questions, needless on friday the 19th walmart got our business, so much for trying to help the small businesses ? so im guessing the gamestop in chilly can afford to be rude and not sell stuff.

Store is a joke now. Waited like 15 minutes for somebody to help me when they were just talking to a friend in the store. Repeatedly tried to push a warranty on me that I didn't want. I used to love gamestop, but now it's a chore to go into one.

This has turned into the absolute worst GameStop location. Unless you want horrible customer service, rude cashiers and enjoy being watched the whole time your in the store I recommend going to the circleville location

This is a great place to get Five Nights at Freddy's stuff! especially plushies... Well, they do cost 15 dollars, but thats the reason WHY they have them... THE PRICES!!! People can't afford that! Neither can I! I Suggest going at Black Friday time, so you can get some deals, thats what I did. They also have a good selection of Funko Pops.

Called multiple times over multiple days and was never able to speak to someone. It's cool though, I ended up purchasing a system from Game On in Chillicothe, they are local and need your business. Won't even be attempting to contact GameStop anymore. It's too bad, it used to be wonderful.
