I seem to always get an uneven haircut. Got haircut this time on 1/13. I mentioned it to the girl that cut my hair that it’s always uneven. She had to do the same thing go back and try to straighten it up. Still find long hairs. the first time I went there. It was a great haircut but after that, it’s been downhill.

Brenna cut my hair today and I couldn't be happier! She listened to my wants and didn't make me feel like too much. The cut she gave me was exactly what I wanted and she gave me some great advice on styling. She is very sweet and kind. Thank you!

I did an online check in for my mother who wanted a haircut after a recent hospital stay. The parking has a handicap space close by to the entrance which was perfect as she now uses a walker. Upon our arrival we were greeted and our online check in was confirmed. The waiting area has plenty of chairs and the air conditioning felt wonderful! We didn't wait very long at all to be called and the stylist was very helpful with my mother and assisting her into the cutting chair. My mom explained what she wanted cut and the stylist cut it to her satisfaction.
It was a very positive experience and just what my momma needed to help with her recovery.

I’ve used this location in the past (December I think) and the girl just trimmed my daughter’s bangs because they were in her face and we couldn’t get in to our regular stylist. Well this past week our stylist canceled and my seven year old had her heart set on a hair cut so I brought her to Great Clips. The lady that cut her hair was really nice and talked to my daughter about things she was interested in. Unfortunately though, she botched my girls hair. She wanted it to her shoulders but it’s at her ears and it’s not even. My sweet girl now looks like a wee lil lad. Of course I didn’t tell her how bad it was and told her she looks beautiful but I can’t wait for it to grow out. I’m really not happy with it at all. 😅

*edit* Changing this to one star. The response from the location is inappropriate. I/my partner clearly did not enjoy our experiences there.
Honestly this place is very hit or miss. I've had an ok haircut from here, and ok experiences. Also had bad haircuts from here and bad experiences. My partner gets his hair cut here but struggles to communicate to the hairdresser so I help him explain what we want. We thought the cut was ok when we saw it in the location, it was not. Super uneven and choppy, and weirdly feminine. (My partner presents as/is a bearded cis male) Idk what was going on with the stylist bc I have seen them all do masculine cuts time and time again. I don't know how to fix it and we definitely won't be going back to them as they did it poorly in the first place. As other negative reviews have said they don't really pay attention/listen to you. They are amazing with kids from what I've seen. But I would not suggest you go here as an adult. Also some of the older ladies are really really violent when moving your head around. I have chronic migraine and damage to my neck. I haven't gotten a haircut in years bc I feel like this place is my only option but it doesn't feel safe.
