I highly recommend this pharmacy. My daughter is prescribed incontinence briefs. When she was first prescribed I called every pharmacy where I live and no one carried them. I also called pharmacies in other towns. Finally I called Henderson pharmacy and not only do they carry them but they also send them directly to my house since I live almost an hour away.

Went to the pharmacy today to purchase colostomy bags as a protective barrier for my son’s dialysis catheter, as he was instructed by the dialysis center the colostomy bags would be the best protection if he went swimming. The bags were behind the counter and I requested the sales clerk to just bring a couple of boxes from the back so I could see what size they had and I could purchase the size that would work. She asked me what size we had purchased before and I told her we had never purchased them before, that I just needed to see the sizes available to get the best choice. The clerk argued with me, said that she’s have to talk to the owner before she could bring a few boxes to the counter. I waited for 2-3 minutes for someone to come help, and the fact that she couldn’t be bothered to bring 2 boxes to the counter for me to look at was bothersome. I finally decided to leave and told them I’d go somewhere else. A different employee said to me, “Good idea”. I whipped around and told her that it was pathetic that they were lacking in common courtesy and that the girl couldn’t bring me 2 boxes to look at. We ended up at another pharmacy and I mentioned my experience at Henderson’s Pharmacy. I also said I was contemplating calling the owner, Ron, and telling him what had transpired between me and the employees. The second pharmacy staff told me not to bother as he wouldn’t really care.

Professional and most of the time courteous. Depending on who you are taking to, it can be a five star or a one. Again,when employees realize how far being kind and friendly go ,to every single person who walks in the door, they'll realize not only is your customer going to return,and bring in more business, but their day would be so much happier and peaceful!

First and last time going to this pharmacy. They are unorganized and rude with phone calls about compound medicines and insurance companies. I would use caution and possibly look elsewhere for certain medicines.
