When I moved here I was having issues getting money to my account in Cincinnati at a Credit Union. Atomic use to do shared banking and they decided to get rid of the service. I made an appointment to open up a account. The process was stream-less. I had my debit card in a few days and they taught me how to do Bill Pay to transfer funds the next day. I went with Hunting because my Grandmother joined in 1993 and when she passed in 2019, she never had 1 issue with Huntington.

The person who claims to manage this bank branch is rude and unhelpful. She claims their bank policy is that there is absolutely no way possible I could withdraw any cash without my state ID. When asked, she refused to show me the policy where this is stated. Then said this is the same policy at all banks everywhere. When I asked her again to show me the policy she asked me to leave.

Tried to get CSR to do have my IRA converted to the Huntington Bank advertised 2.6% interest rate for 19 months. Told my CD didn't mature until June 15 and rate could change, so he couldn't. BUT their coupon states rate guarantee until September 30. WTH??

Worste banking experience in my life. Rude and would not help me. I was trying to cash a check from their bank and they wouldn't cash it because I didn't have s second form of ID of social security card although I had multiple IDs. They would not give me any help, it was their check. I will never bank with them. They treated me as if I was an inconvenience.
