JCPenney offers a great variety of clothes for men, women, teens, and kids, with lots of options for all ages and sizes. The store features a nice layout, including a new beauty concept. It carries a wide range of national brands and private brands. The staff is frequently friendly, super helpful, and very nice, though service can be a hit or miss. Some areas of the store could use a sprucing up. A common problem is a long wait at the checkout and jewelry counter, despite the staff being apologetic and busy. It remains a destination for quality and selection.

Love Penny's for 68 years. I got my first coat and snow pants at age two in Penny's. .bright,fun atmosphere. Plenty of parking. Safe shopping. Excellent staff of people.
