This is a typical Kroger. There is a decent wine selection. The employees are friendly and available.

First off this store needs a massive cleaning and updating For real For such a busy location-it's always packed, you would think they would have expanded or built a new location by now A Kroger Marketplace is desperately needed especially since Kmart is gone! I do want to give a shout out to the young woman Meredith that works the deli What a wonderful employee-always smiling and overly helpful Especially throughout the pandemic Good help is hard to come by

They're doing a good job of stocking and trying to stay on top of cleaning with the COVID-19 situation. Did notice the cleaning supplies are back on limits.

One of the reasons I hate living in Chillicothe is we don't have a decent store to shop for groceries. Can't go grocery shopping at this Kroger with out getting one or more items that are expired. And I'm not talking like a week expired. A MONTH expired and don't realize it till I'm getting home and putting the groceries away. It's beyond ridiculous. This Kroger is dirty and does not keep up on disposing of old products. I bought bread today that expired February 8th. I bought paleo mayo two weeks ago that expired in DECEMBER! It's sickening. Absolutely hate this Kroger. Don't have great things to say about Walmart's groceries either.

I love shopping at Kroger...if they had a better selection of beauty products I could avoid going to Walmart all together! The only complaint I have is the lack of cell phone service I encounter in both Chillicothe stores. This makes it very difficult to utilize digital download coupons, pull up a recipe to get a list of needed ingredients, or just try to text someone at home to find out if we are out of milk yet. I don’t know if there is some sort of signal jammer to keep employees from using their phones, but if you’re going to push digital coupons, you need to have internet access in your stores.

The self checkout at this store is terrible. The store itself is poorly laid out. It's a frustrating place to shop. I wish there was a good competitor on the west side of town.

the only problem I have a Kroger's is have to have an attendant check identification for age restriction items. wouldn't it be more convenient to have the Kroger plus cards program to do that. it would save time and free up the attendant for check out errors. sorry if there are typos in this as I use Google voice for text.

I just wanted to show my appreciation for the 3 younger guys working this evening (pushing carts) 7/23/18 who made a special effort to let me know that a driver had hit my parked car while I was shopping. I was obviously a little flustered at the situation and didn't think to get their names, but they made sure to meet me in the parking lot to let me know and also give me the car's license plate # that another customer had written down. Sure I would have seen the damage without being told but I just thought them seeking me out was great customer service. Thanks guys!

I came in for beer and buns, I had my brother with me who was not 21 and was told they could sell me the beer because he was not of age even tho I was and the beer was not for him... we were heading to a cook out and Kroger's was the best option, after they inconvenienced us, unfortunately I will not be shopping there again. Plus the store reeked of rotten fish

Ever since we moved to Chillicothe from Long Beach in Mid-November, I basically have been focused in the shopping section of Chillicothe on Bridge St. for most of our shopping needs.
