There was not one lane open to check customers out in the Chillicothe Lowes, Sunday July 21st at 5:10 pm. There were however 3 employees standing there doing nothing while customers struggled with the self-service check out. Let me guess—the useless staff is going to start asking for tips as well. Terrible customer service. Do us all a favor and open up a lane. If customers have to do the work, then lower the prices.

A store that has almost everything, to include workers that help with a smile.
Not sure what you need, just ask an associate and they will guide you to the location.
The floral department has well watered and maintained plants.
You can order and pay online and let them know when you will pick up the item(s).
It will be waiting for you to load up and start your projects.
Don’t forget your business or military discount.?
Plenty of handicap parking. ?️

Came in to get a few things. Started in lawn and garden looking for weed barrier. Went up to a worker watering plants and asked for help locating the one we found on line. She acted annoyed with me and said it's probably online only. Didn't try to help locate it or look it up. No offers to help at all. So I go find another worker he was kind and looked it up. Said it was special order and told me how to order it. The lady I spoke with didn't know for sure because she was to busy on her phone and drowning the plants to help.
So we head to tools. It's father's day and was trying to get a 12 volt Dewalt drill kit. Go up to the counter ask for someone to unlock the set we needed. The lady at the counter was very short and rude with the guy ahead of me asking questions then acted annoyed with me. She yells for someone to go help. Guy finally shows up..... no way to unlock them. He has lost his magnet. He was to busy playing on his phone to even keep track of his stuff. Yes he was on his phone walking down the aisle to us. He walks past us 3 times looking and finally we decide to leave.
Guess they aren't in the business to make money.

Always a fun place if you love building and construction. They have so many other items such as appliances, cleaning supplies. And everything for redecorating!

Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. They even helped us load Cary and get our heavy bucket of sealant into the truck! Unlike competitors we didn't have to hunt down employees for help either! Great job Lowes!

So big with a huge selection but it's Lowe's so u know they have anything u need for home improvement and more. Just. Be prepared to walk a lot because this place is huge.

You had one job. Bring the correct washer I paid for. You didn’t even get the same brand. Nice people sell you items and then the people who are loading onto whatever can’t be bothered to check the items. Whirlpool is not GE. A toddler could figure that out.
