“We sort of had an emergency and needed a box spring right away. I walked into Mattress Firm expecting to be discouraged because it was almost closing time on a Saturday night. I was pleasantly surprised! Kendal, the sales rep, handled my situation professionally and pleasantly! Probably the best treatment from a sales person I have received in quite awhile. When we got home the box spring fit perfectly and was good quality. Price seemed competitive as well. All around, good experience. Thank you.”

“Had an issue with our Flexsteel recliner. Called on a Saturday and my sales lady, Janie, took care of me and promised their serviceman would give me call the 1st of the week. He did and a couple of days later diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. A few days later came back and installed the part and I’m good as new. He was knowledgeable and a nice guy. I always recommend buying local. If you need furniture, shop Globe!”
