“Had an issue with our Flexsteel recliner. Called on a Saturday and my sales lady, Janie, took care of me and promised their serviceman would give me call the 1st of the week. He did and a couple of days later diagnosed the issue and ordered the part. A few days later came back and installed the part and I’m good as new. He was knowledgeable and a nice guy. I always recommend buying local. If you need furniture, shop Globe!”
