I have never had any problems with customer service or any cashier's they were all super nice people. The associates out on the floor are super helpful.

Clean, most employees friendly, store manager could be more polite towards customer. Menards will not honor other Menards pricing.

I went get 84 1×6×10 deck boards the guy outside gets a bundle to load boards i told him wrong ones explain the ones I needed he asked me about the guy did order he said the guy does it all time about orders so I take my receipt in side show the the guy at counter then I was told had walk cross store to adjust price i said not walking a cross because it's your guys mess up not mine he said so you don't need order in a rude way so went back to truck got my refund told manager im going to lowes she like basically I don't care and I said at least at lowes they check you out out back by the lumber so I went to lowez got the rest of my stuff for my deck spent around $8000,00 menards lost because of ignorance

The Chillicothe Ohio Menards building materials department staff is horrible and rude. I do not buy any building materials from this menards any more. I travel to the Athens Menards now to buy my building materials. I was cussed out by some young punk kid because I asked his name when I was getting prices. I do that so that I can ask for the same person when I go in, because either drive an hour to go to this store and I want to talk to the same person who quoted me prices. Well he apparently thought some other reason why I was asking his name, maybe for a past issue with some one else. But the building materials manager wasn't any more professional than the punk kid was. So, therefore, I shop at the Athens Ohio Menards now. See ya!!

I initially went in to purchase a new gas push lawnmower and the website said the mower we wanted was in stock. When we got there there was 1 mower. The mower was missing the side blower piece. When I went to the back service desk there were 3 employees doing absolutely nothing so I asked them to help me with the mower. The employee I talked to barley took his eyes off the computer screen. He said the more is missing a piece and that's it. No hey let me see if I can find or order the missing piece or discount it for the price of the price. What a jerk!!! We won't be going back for any reason!!!
