Both Jeremy and Lacy helped me figure it all out along with some other complications. They killed it. They’re both very good at what they’re doing and couldn’t have been more helpful. “Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I’d been putting off getting a new phone for a while because in the past it’s always been such an headache. Today I had no choice but to get a new one. It was nice the store hours were open so late on a Sunday, making it super convenient. The staff here was AMAZING! Sydney was very friendly and helpful. She made getting a new phone way easier than it’s been in the past. Everything was transferred in no time and she did an excellent job explaining all the details to me and made everything so seamless. The other lady there was very nice and helpful to all the customers she had. Highly recommend this store!”
“Just your typical Walmart. This one has a better selection of hair products and household items than others but their produce section is small and if you buy it, it will rot quickly.”
“I honestly hate T-Mobile but I LOVE Mykala and seriously anyone I've come in contact with at this store! Mykala went above and beyond to help me with a lot of problems I caused myself by breaking my phones and insurance payments being pointless. I needed help passed the point that she could even and she kept going. Give that woman a raise! Because of them I'm staying -thank u angel”

“I've been a Spectrum customer for over 30 years (before it was called Spectrum). I hear people complain about cost but I've only had two instances in 30 years where I was without internet/cable services for a week or longer and both times they moved the ticket up until a supervisor got involved to be sure it was fixed. The speed, customer service, and reliability make it worth the extra $$ for me especially since I run a business using tech 17 to 20 hours workdays from home the last 10 years.”
