“Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I’d been putting off getting a new phone for a while because in the past it’s always been such an headache. Today I had no choice but to get a new one. It was nice the store hours were open so late on a Sunday, making it super convenient. The staff here was AMAZING! Sydney was very friendly and helpful. She made getting a new phone way easier than it’s been in the past. Everything was transferred in no time and she did an excellent job explaining all the details to me and made everything so seamless. The other lady there was very nice and helpful to all the customers she had. Highly recommend this store!”

“Spectrum Chillicothe gets SIX out of five stars! Firstly, I'm stuck with a slow DSL service from a company that I will refer to by the name of "Wilderness." Yeah, that one: You cracked the code... And? It's pretty much outdated as a service, going the way of the old 300 baud dialup (remember that?;-)) Because we all need more bandwidth/speed these days. On Saturday, I walk into the Spectrum store (with no appointment!) to get the service. And? They ask me if THE NEXT DAY (a Sunday!) is okay for the installation! And so they do that, and I've got Internet. And by Wednesday, they bury the cable to complete the installation!What's more, I get an introductory price. And everyone is friendly, from the folks at the office to the installer to the guy who buries the cable. What more could you ask for?”

Both Jeremy and Lacy helped me figure it all out along with some other complications. They killed it. They’re both very good at what they’re doing and couldn’t have been more helpful. The five stars goes completely to them and their customer service skills. Thanks guys. Keep doing what y’all are doing!”

“I honestly hate T-Mobile but I LOVE Mykala and seriously anyone I've come in contact with at this store! Mykala went above and beyond to help me with a lot of problems I caused myself by breaking my phones and insurance payments being pointless. I needed help passed the point that she could even and she kept going. Give that woman a raise! Because of them I'm staying -thank u angel”

“My Pixel 6 screen went out I was able to get to this location the next day to get it repaired/replaced. He told me he would have to order the replacement part(s) . He was familiar with the issue and described off issues I was having. Which were accurate. He expected it to be done and finished between 12 and noon the next day and he will call me to have me come pick it up once completed. And to my shock he called me before 10.30am to told me the phone was repaired and working. I arrived and I was walking out with a operational phone within a few minutes of arriving. I try not to give out 5 stars but if I ever feel like it was warranted I gladly will do so. I felt like this business met and exceeded expectations I had. That being said I hope not to need a repair on my phone but if I do, I know where to go.”
