“I went in being so frustrated with my phone and not being able to activate it and set it up. I was having a bad day. The guy was amazing and very attentive in helping me even though I bought the phone somewhere else. He was very informative and explained everything to me in terms I understood . When I asked how much I owed him he said no it was no problem. I just wish I would have got his name. So sorry! You made my day though!”

“Best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. I’d been putting off getting a new phone for a while because in the past it’s always been such an headache. Today I had no choice but to get a new one. It was nice the store hours were open so late on a Sunday, making it super convenient. The staff here was AMAZING! Sydney was very friendly and helpful. She made getting a new phone way easier than it’s been in the past. Everything was transferred in no time and she did an excellent job explaining all the details to me and made everything so seamless. The other lady there was very nice and helpful to all the customers she had. Highly recommend this store!”
