“Outstanding Customer Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was traveling from out of town and had an emergency need of a speciality item. Initially when I called I was told there was a chance they did not have what I was looking for as they had recently downsized.
I learned they were being humble, they had ample selection and were helpful and understanding of the situation. Wow! I did not expect this so far from home.
While I was waiting I noticed a steady stream of customers and helpful service. It was easy to see this place prides themselves on customer service!”
“I traveled from Columbus to come to this store specifically for the pharmacy because they had a medication in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else. I worked with Melanie from the pharmacy over a period of two or three days, and she was very friendly and knowledgeable during each interaction.
When I arrived to pickup my medication the other staff members were very friendly and the pickup process was fast. The other staff member was working with another customer who was a little irate over there prescription status and the staff did everything they could to assist her and remained calm and pleasant the entire time.
The rest of the store was very clean and very well organized. The food court was also clean and had a good variety of ready to go meals and drinks.
If I lived closer I would definitely come here regularly and do highly recommend”

Noah is an absolute rockstar! I’ve used other Kroger pickup locations, but none compare to the service I get at Western Ave Kroger. Noah is always pleasant, smiling, and friendly — no matter the size of my (sometimes huge!) orders, he gets everything right. The food is always fresh, the frozen items are actually frozen, and the entire process is smooth and efficient. Because of Noah, I’m a pickup customer for life. Huge thanks to him and the team!”

The prices for the glasses are beyond amazing for someone not wanting to sell a kidney to pay for a new pair of glasses or someone on a fixed income.
I brought my prescription with me from my eye doctor’s office and quickly found a pair of name brand frames with progressive lenses that comes with a 1 year guarantee…. For $115 out of pocket! I will definitely be going back for a pair of sunglasses soon and have already set up my annual exam with them for next year.”
“I have been at Knisley Pharmacy or used them to fill my meds for probably 20 years now. They are absolutely the best Pharmacy in town. If you go to the doctor time you get to Knisleys they are already filled. All the staff are very nice and go out of there way to help you. I have one med that I have to get from CVS and I hate it because of the service as far as they tell you to come back in a hour then you go back and they told me I would have to come back the next day because they were too busy to get it filled. They definitely need more staff to operate. But Knisleys is the best and so are there employees including Matt John Debbie and Julie. So for the person that called the one a old hag you might want to take a look at yourself because there are no old hags there. They are very polite and helpful.”
“I spent a long time at the photo dept. Josh who was working helped so many people while I was placing my order. He spent a great deal of time with all the customers and made sure everyone left satisfied. I had to share this because people like him need to be recognized and given a big raise. “I love this pharmacy and its employees! I wish they delivered out of town. They treat you as one of their family. Joe is the kindest men i know. He always talked kind and was extremely patient with me everytime. I wish I could still use their pharmacy here in Pickerington Ohio.
If you live in Ross County I recommend Allen Pharmacy. The best in all Ohio hands down! I am truly going to miss them.”
