“I love this pharmacy and its employees! I wish they delivered out of town. They treat you as one of their family. Joe is the kindest men i know. He always talked kind and was extremely patient with me everytime. I wish I could still use their pharmacy here in Pickerington Ohio. If you live in Ross County I recommend Allen Pharmacy. The best in all Ohio hands down! I am truly going to miss them.”

“Outstanding Customer Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was traveling from out of town and had an emergency need of a speciality item. Initially when I called I was told there was a chance they did not have what I was looking for as they had recently downsized. I learned they were being humble, they had ample selection and were helpful and understanding of the situation. Wow! I did not expect this so far from home. While I was waiting I noticed a steady stream of customers and helpful service. It was easy to see this place prides themselves on customer service!”

“I have been at Knisley Pharmacy or used them to fill my meds for probably 20 years now. They are absolutely the best Pharmacy in town. If you go to the doctor time you get to Knisleys they are already filled. All the staff are very nice and go out of there way to help you. I have one med that I have to get from CVS and I hate it because of the service as far as they tell you to come back in a hour then you go back and they told me I would have to come back the next day because they were too busy to get it filled. They definitely need more staff to operate. But Knisleys is the best and so are there employees including Matt John Debbie and Julie. So for the person that called the one a old hag you might want to take a look at yourself because there are no old hags there. They are very polite and helpful.”

“The staff are fabulous and friendly people. They are so very patient with their customers, it warmed my heart to see that! The prices for the glasses are beyond amazing for someone not wanting to sell a kidney to pay for a new pair of glasses or someone on a fixed income. I brought my prescription with me from my eye doctor’s office and quickly found a pair of name brand frames with progressive lenses that comes with a 1 year guarantee…. For $115 out of pocket! I will definitely be going back for a pair of sunglasses soon and have already set up my annual exam with them for next year.”

“We ordered a set of four new tires from here and they did not have them in stock but were able to get them for us within a few days. Their prices are hard to beat, and they did not charge us for the install since we have a membership. They were able to get our car taken care of in under an hour and had good service while I was there. The only thing I will mark them down for is when we ordered the tires, we were told they would call us when they had them in stock so we could set up an appointment. Not only did they not let us know the tires had arrived, they did not give us a chance to choose when we wanted to set our appointment for. We just received an email stating our appointment was for a certain day and time and did not allow us to change it when we tried calling. I would give them five stars if it wasn’t for that incident.”

“This Kroger has always been really nice. Especially now that they offer click list. I came in here to feed my sushi craving today. I wanted a philly roll but they only had one and it had spicy mayo on it. I don't like the mayo. They didn't have a plain one. However, it was off hours for the sushi. You just have to take what they have at night. I got the "three's company" which is a bit of a philly roll, California roll and a California salad roll. It was good. If you come during daytime hours and they don't have your sushi the sushi chef is usually there and would make it for you.”

“I spent a long time at the photo dept. Josh who was working helped so many people while I was placing my order. He spent a great deal of time with all the customers and made sure everyone left satisfied. I had to share this because people like him need to be recognized and given a big raise. I will always come back as long as people like him are there. Thank you Josh! You're patience did not go unnoticed.”

“I had a positive experience, arriving at around 11am and doing some quick shopping for lunch materials. There is a solid selection in the frozen aisle and since it's been sunny, the onboard battery in my sprinter has power. So it's something hot today, a microwave meal! Lots of choices and an easy checkout that went smoothly. Kroger bought my Charlotte grocery chain and merged the Harris Teeter VIC card into their system, so I earned a few fuel points today. A bonus!”

“The pharmacy techs are way more competent and kind than those at Walgreens on bridge. One employee here went above and beyond to get my prescription refilled for me. He honestly saved me so much stress and anxiety, and I’m so grateful.”
