Excellent repair to my vehicle in record time! I’m so super thankful and very pleased with the repair!!!! Was hit from behind on my Honda CR-V and had to have the hatch replaced!! It looks fantastic!!

Wow they did a really great job, even matching the paint perfectly. The technician called me and answered and fully explained each question and the process and my options. He was patient and detailed and intelligent and super helpful! Also, they worked seamlessly with my insurance company and all I had to do was approve the payment. Thank you all so much!

Dash lights left on after an accident. Took it to the Honda dealership to fix, and they advised me to reopen the claim. Lack of communication with my wife. They seemed busy and said there hand's are tied. Thank you for your service.Hope it's better for others but wouldn't recommend my family to go there.

Driving in a high wind storm, a trash can blew out in front of my Honda on a highway and I hit it head on causing a moderate amount of damage to my front end.My insurance recommended Monroe’s in Chillicothe for the repairs, so that’s why I chose.They done an excellent job with time and quality and even cleaned my car afterwards. The car looked like it did when I purchased it new from the dealership.I had to return it due to issues I noticed afterwards and they took care of it willfully and without problems.They were very friendly and professional and took care of me better than I expected.Their communication was just as good too.I highly recommend Monroe’s for your repairs and insurance claims. I wrecked my truck pretty bad and when I got it back from Monroe's it was absolutely gorgeous! Looks better than when I bought it. It did take a good amount of time to get parts in, but that's to be expected with how things are right now. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of while they put in over 100 hours of labor to fix my truck. I will forever recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work done on their vehicle, they're amazing and truly care about their customers!

In this time of world uncertainty Monroe's went above and beyond to make sure my 2018 Honda HRV looked brand new! After hitting a 2nd deer in less than 6 months, a unsatisfying experience with my last repair, & despite push back from insurance my vehicle looks better now then when I first purchased it! Their compassion for a job well done was overwhelming! They made me feel like a priority like I was their only customer at the time. I am so grateful for Bob & his professionalism. I seriously felt like I was a part of the Monroe family! I will never use another shop! Once the repairs are done they even detailed my vehicle! I felt like I was picking up a brand new Honda.... I also want to give a huge shout out to the receptionist she was so kind each time I called to check-in she never made me feel like a interruption to her day! Instead she made me smile with her very kind nature! If you want outstanding quality work, professionalism, & kindness take your vehicle to Monroe's they do not disappoint! My Chevy equinox has a very low front bumper and unfortunately moved to close to one of those concrete stoppers. Torn off both front bumpers. My insurance recommended 3 different places and I chose Monroe's. They were up front with all the cost and worked with my insurance company. But something I didn't expect was they cleaned my car inside and out, did my tires, my car looked great And smelled great. they did a fantastic job, would recommend them for your repairs.

All the staff at Monroe’s was exceptionally polite and helpful. The office employees went above and beyond in helping me. The work done on my 2020 Kia Telluride was A+!! Despite a full workload they were able to get my Vehicle done in the time frame promised. My insurance company initially set my deductible at $500. Once the work was complete and the final bill was sent to insurance they changed my deductible to $200. Monroe called right away to let me know I had money to pick up. If that isn’t honest I don’t know what it is. If I ever need work in the future I will definitely be using Monroe‘s. I would not trust anyone else with my vehicles.
