Absolute horrible service. Do not go here. We waited two months to have our car repaired. Another insurance company was responsible. They returned the car with a leak in the radiator. They told the insurance company that it could not have happened in the accident, eventhough the heating and cooling worked and there was not indication in oil services of a leak. I must take care of this expensive repair on my own now because of their expert advice to the insurer.

We came to get our vehicle fix not broken. We should have learned it based from previous experience but since it’s the closest home and it’s the place that our insurance wanted to get our vehicle repair. The worst place to take your car to get fix, If I can give a zero review I would.

I had a wreck back in July 12 2023 Nourse collision came and picked my truck up on the July 14 2023 and took it to there lot, they said it would be taken care of and locked up , I still had personal property in the truck . I went today Dec 26 2023 to get everything out of it my truck, well my truck was unlocked and it had been gone through all my stuff was stolen out of my truck. Why would they let this happen, this is so unprofessional and makes a bad name for the company. I have used them a few times for the body shop. Never had a problem until now. Very unhappy. We will be taken further action against the company

Called in with questions about windshield repairs, Jason provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. Stopped in to let the technicians take a look at the windshield, Jason and Levi both looked at the windshield and Levi was able to make the repair the same day!! Levi and Jason were very knowledgeable and provided excellent service to complete the repair and get me back on my way!

Worst place to ever go for collision repair. They put a lot of "new" parts needed that were not even damaged. Plus they told me one story and told my wife a complete different one. Then would not let me pick my car up even tho insurance said I could. They will NEVER get my business...and to think...we WERE gonna go to the nurse car lot for our new vehicle...that will not be happening
