“Richard was great! I've been going here for oil changes for a while, and they always tell me if they see anything wrong with my car and how urgent of a fix it is. Richard saw I got a new car today, and gave me free fuel injector fluid because he knew the car I bought was sitting for a while. He also gave me a $10 off coupon on the oil change! These people know how to treat loyalty, I wouldn't go anywhere else for an oil change even if they are a little bit more expensive.”

“Baylee, Neil,Thomas,Demi and Shawn are literally the sweetest group to work for valvoline i been coming in the last few weeks for oil changes rear differential changes transmission fluid change and various other services and while a services potential take longer then the 10 minute make the team assured me nothing was wrong or anything and then literally today I came because they normally check the tire pressure I let them know whitch tire has been giving me issues and they literally let me know right away what was going on what happened to the tire though the services isnt something they can do they did let me know once I did get the issue correct they would be more then happy to put air in the tire for me. And Baylee is definitely hard working employee half the things she is doing the shop I can never do on my own. And shes Definitely a inspiration and Neil im thankful for his knowledge about my vehicle make and model and recommendation what services I should do now vs services that arent really needed at the moment till a later date 10 out of 10 recommend them. Going there tomorrow for a battery”

“Great service but I bought a new tire for my car and it keeps going flat started the 1st week I got it .I talked to them about it and they said cause I didn't pay an extra $20.00 there's nothing they can do. No one told me about this when I got my tire just thought since it happened the 1st week I got it, it should have been covered. So now every other day I'm having to air up a new tire that cost a $130.00.”
