Definitely consider this facility for your storage needs! After becoming aware of an issue I had regarding billing, the property manager (Cindy) reached out to me, quickly resolved the issue, followed up after to make sure I was satisfied and received the promised information (yes I did!!). Definitely worth looking into this facility! Strategically located, easy access, and open 24/7!

I rented a storage unit today at the Chillicothe, Ohio location. The district manager was in the office and was extremely helpful in setting up my new unit! The units are very clean and we'll maintained. I highly recommend Storage Rentals of America!!

Was given a parking spot fornour RV. Went to the facility and the spot didn’t even exist! Pavent is torn up in many places or very uneven with huge dips. No cameras were seen at all.

Was supposed to be on a paved parking spot but it is a gravel spot on the hill there has been a lot of break-ins in the storage facility causing a lot of damage to not only my camper but others no cameras on property where our campers are put the rep was rude and not helpful

Been a customer here since 2020. I have watched the facility decline in care significantly! The gate didn't work most of 2023, then it got it and still doesn't work. Meanwhile, prices continue to increase to over $300's for a 10x20. I constantly have broken glass or debris outside my unit. The worst part is the customer service at this facility!
