Such a cute store. Owner was friendly & helpful with clothing. I’d definitely make the 2 hour drive back to shop there each season. Also, we ate lunch at her restaurant, and the chicken salad did not disappoint!

I purchased a $100 gift certificate for my mother in law, and apparently they expire after a year. The store would not honor it and when I called the store they said it is not our fault that she kept forgetting to use it. I told them that she has been in several times and not found anything she liked. They got very nasty and said they didn't know what to tell me. So they made $100 off of me for nothing in return. Sad way to do business.

This is a wonderful place to shop both in the store and on their app. The owner is fun and kind and always there to help you find what looks best on you! Our small town is so blessed to have this business.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. I went in here a while back to find a cute pair of jeans and a graphic tee and to just look around because I had never been in before. As soon as I walked in I was the only customer and none of the girls working gave me the time of day. No one offered to help me find anything or greeted me even.That’s fine, I didn’t think much of it.Until 2 minutes later someone else walked in and both of the girls went up to her and offered to help her shop and greeted her.This issue with this goes way beyond the customer service in general. But the fact that I am a larger woman and the girl they were helping that came in after me was skinny.I wondered around the store and found 1 line of hangers in the “plus size” section and the clothes were ugly. Plain and simple. They were NOTHING like the other many options for smaller women. But again, I had never been in there before so I could look past that. Not every place is size inclusive and that’s fine, they don’t have to be. But they should be respectful and treat every body type that walks in with the same respect. No matter the size.Just caddy, cliquey, rude and self-obsessed women working there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. For a small town/ business boutique they do not care about customer service and comment on customers weight and clothes. If you don't fit their expectations for you, you are treated like you are stealing. Please spend your money someplace where they will appreciate your business

If I could give negative stars I would. When Rustic Gals first opened, I was in there every week, sometimes multiple times a week. Needless to say I was a huge supporter and spent a lot of money there. When a competing boutique moved in 2 store fronts down, the owner became super jealous and suspicious and accused the other boutique owner of stealing her window display ideas. She was convinced that someone on her staff or a customer was feeding information to the competing store owner; she actually accused me of being a rat for the other owner, even though I had been shopping at Rustic Gals since it opened. I never walked in her store again and I won’t support her. All she does is judge and make fun of other people when their backs are turned.side note: she went into the other business owners shop and got into a physical altercation with her and threw over a mannequin, the cops were called. The other business owner moved elsewhere so she didn’t have to deal with the drama. Don’t support someone like this.

A year ago i rated one star because this business made racially insensitive clothing, making fun of the BLM movement. No apology for that one. A year later, and apparently their employees were openly laughing and taking photos of a customer in their store to make fun of her. No apology for that either.Really gross for grown women to be conducting this sort of behavior and making excuses as to why they’re treating customers like the gum beneath their shoe.Do yourselves a favor and cater to a business that doesn’t make fun of others, and has clothing in sizes that cater to every body type, and not just a size XS-M

Very rude employees! They made fun of my friends outfit today and had the nerve to mock her. She'd been a customer for a long time. She is very dedicated to her wardrobe and apparently these employees aren't cultured and are close minded and don't understand multiple fashion styles. I've always heard the people who work there are snobby but to actually laugh at someone and let other customers take photos. Eww

I remember when rustic gals opened!! I went in because i was so excited Chillicothe had a real boutique. I love girly fashions, and when i went as a teenager, I decided to wait until they got something pink In before making my first purchase. ( I almost only wear pink. ) well i lived in Columbus for a few years, but sometimes I’ve even made trips just to visit Rustic Gals. Today i thought i would ride the trolley over! It gave a great excuse to pay Rustic Gals a visit. I wore one of my more eclectic outfits this time. In the past, i had been welcome there. Today, the employees and customers laughed and mocked me. I don’t want to step foot in there again, after today. This is not a very friendly establishment
