Have been shopping here since I was a kid. The owner and his kids are awesome and their employees are friendly, knowledgeable and always helping me find great shoes!!! They have a huge selection of shoes, purses & outerwear.

I went in after work one day took off my boots and put new slides on and it had already gotten cold I only did this for ease of trying on shoes but I think I gave them the impression that I was broke because it felt like pulling teeth to get help and the help I got didn't want to help so I left

Have been buying my husbands safety work boots here for years and never had a problem with their service and products! The last pair of safety boots had a defect in them and which caused the stitching to fail! Contacted the store and they jumped into action, placed another pair on hold until we made it in store! Once we got there they switched out the defected pair for a new pair under their warranty! Great place, great range of shoes and super awesome service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOP LOCAL

Never stepping a foot back into this store!!! I walked into the store and saw 3 women standing around… no one was busy, no one was working with another customer. Not one person greeted me with a “Hello”. No one asked if I needed any assistance . However I did notice the next customer that walked in after me was greeted and asked if they needed any help. So I’m not sure if you guys have a protocol for customer service or if you promote selective greeting due to the color of your skin. One lady looked right at me and turned her head the other way. I will never go back into your store and spend my hard earned money with a business that doesn’t properly train your associates. Unprofessional and rude!!!

Always shopped here ever since I was a kid. Haven't been here in long time looked all over town for shoes today and decided to stop in within 10 mins I had the shoes I wanted and was out the door. Staff was friendly and helpful and good prices.

Scioto shoe mart has every shoe imaginable!! I have been a happy customer for 33 years!!!! Great place to buy nice shoes!
