“These people are so nice I had pneumonia and influenza and I was in the hospital for a couple months and one month I couldn’t make my payment because my wallet came up Missing from Adena hospital. We got it worked out with my bank I kept calling and letting them know what was going on They were so nice. This is the best place in Chillicothe to go too. “I have used the Advanced Storage on Pyle's Lane 2 times in the past 2 yrs, this being the 2nd time, the price, cleanliness
& availability is great. I feel safe when ever I'm there by myself because of the locked gate, needing a code to enter, & the surveillance of the property. The location is also a plus. They are very helpful & honest when it comes to the payments. I had made the mistake of making 2 payments at 1 time, I was notified & reimbursed for the extra payment also when it comes time for the deposit to be returned, it was returned in the time I was told. The rules & regulations are all common responsibilities.

Moving is so stressful but there was a gal working, I think her name was Kylie and she relieved so much of my stress just by knowing her stuff and she also had me cracking up laughing. After becoming aware of an issue I had regarding billing, the property manager (Cindy) reached out to me, quickly resolved the issue, followed up after to make sure I was satisfied and received the promised information (yes I did!!). Definitely worth looking into this facility! Strategically located, easy access, and open 24/7!”
