I am updating my review like I said I will cause unlike this place I am a man of my word I will give you 2 stars to the point of your rudeness because I was upset I paid off my truck 6 months early had an appointment with you to pick up the title 4 days later instead of calling me telling me it will be Monday instead I go there and waist my time took off in my truck to take off a tracker chip that you could have done right there waisted my gas you used then had an attitude with me for asking why and on top of that if I wasn't a mechanic and am able to weld I would be stuck with an unsafe truck I took it to a shop had an inspection done they deemed it unsafe with the frame damages I can post pics the shop and the name of the technician if you need proof so yeah 2 stars if you're not a mechanic or know what to look for an trust me check the frames multiple of his cars frames was rotting out

I had gotten a Mazda 3 from this place and by far they have been the best place willing too give you a chance and work with you on getting a car highly recommend going to them customer service 10/10 they have been really professional and if there has been a issues they will make good on it no matter what. there website is super easy too look through as well ^_^

Paid 3000 cash for a car drove it 1/4 mile after I test drove it to the gas station and the car is in limp mode now. I don't expect much from a buy here pay her but c mon.

I’m not sure what the people who leave bad reviews on here come to this lot expecting, but this is definitely one of the Best Buy here pay here lots I’ve seen. Very nice and honest people. They aren’t here to screw you over, they are here to help people who may not be able to get a vehicle in a conventional way. Really appreciated the service that they provided. 10/10

We bought A 2006 Ford Focus escape. We needed a car just to get by..,we were told the car runs nice and it was in good shape…. the car was slightly damaged, NOT CLEAN.( these are no big deals for a persons first car).. the BIGGEST issue is that they neglected to tell us about THE CRACKED FRAME so now we cant get anything fixed and they are refusing to help us. This is ridiculous. They never fix any of the cars and will not tell you about the quality of the car or if anything is wrong with it because the owners are too lazy to fix anything. THE BEST PART WAS when we called them, they said “how were we supposed to know” and “thats not our problem”. YOU ARE CAR DEALERS but dont know a single thing about a car and its “not their problem” when they fail to do inspections on the car. Horrible customer service. DONT COME HERE OR SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!!!!!

Bought a car and was told it was in good shape “runs and drives good”. (Not to mention the unopened bottle of Budweiser in the back seat) Drove the car home 150 miles just fine and the next day the timing belt is broken. “Sheezy” claims there’s just nothing he can do about it. Car was driven regularly for 2 months by woman who sold me the car. Horrible customer service.
