I was in the store today and a young lady named Kala helped me and my family get some and pick out shoes! We could tell she was under the weather but when I tell you she still went completely out of her way and didn’t miss a beat! She was amazing and will definitely be back just from her experience she gave us! She smiled and was very helpful with everything! Thank you Kala for making everything so easy and being such a kind soul today!!!!

Convenient that when you go to buy a $100 pair of shoes that they lost your phone number in their rewards after I've been buying shoes there for years...4 pairs Xmas time and probably 4to5pair sence... manager didn't do anything...BAD BUSINESS !!!!

This store has so many amazing shoes, boots, flip flops etc. I could go on and on that is how many shoes they have. But, the best part are the prices and the fact they also give back to the company. Helping those in need of shoes for a new job or new shoes for your young ones for school. You can always or almost always find what you need. Plus , they have beautiful wedding shoes and steal toe boots. Like I said a amazing shoe store. You get lost in there looking around. Have a a great shoe day!!!

Should have tried the shoes on, but it was the same New Balance 8D I've bought for years. Yikes, I couldn't get my foot in. However, Danielle was able to find the same shoe in men's size 7 W. Wonderful. I would not have thought to look in men's. Thanks to Danielle I have exchanged the one pair and bought an extra pair for future use. Give commendation to Danielle for truly making a loyal customer very happy.

I ordered a brand new pair of K-Swiss shoes since they didn't have my size at the store. Only had to wait 5 days before they arrived at my door. Opened the box and... they're not new. Someone has been wearing them. The sole has dirt on it and there's some marks on the side. They're minor but I ordered a new pair....kinda disappointed.
