I've been a Spectrum customer for over 30 years (before it was called Spectrum). I hear people complain about cost but I've only had two instances in 30 years where I was without internet/cable services for a week or longer and both times they moved the ticket up until a supervisor got involved to be sure it was fixed. The speed, customer service, and reliability make it worth the extra $$ for me especially since I run a business using tech 17 to 20 hours workdays from home the last 10 years.

They won't leave us alone....phone calls to use their service...we say not yet..put on a do not call list now in a month we get junk mail...they don't get it..our choice...stop bothering us as of to today 6 12 2025 I have received over 12 junk mails i have ask them to stop...the mail comes....at a rate of two a week.......shame....

Raised my price from 58$ to 73$, for the basic internet. Alot of us don't need cable, phone through spectrum, but get punished for not doing so. Switching to Starlink, its 60-80$ a month depending on your package and only 300$ upfront for the equipment! Been with spectrum for a long time but canceling next month.

I've been a long time customer and quite frankly I'm sick of the internet outages, the lack of them refusing to remove the landline i don't need and ontop of that the bill is outrageous when their competitors offer way less. Over 100 plus month is ridiculous.

Spectrum has a pretty nice customer service rep. He's fairly knowledgeable and pretty friendly.

Spectrums landline phone service is bad.
